Ordered howie bread and ended up with burnt, mangled sticks that weren’t cut in half. Why would anyone even let these leave the kitchen? Very upset with this order and execution. Food: 1 Service: 2

Staff was super friendly, even tho the weather was garbage. Snow, ice, and wind chill well below zero, didn't seem to make a difference. Pizza and bread sticks were delicious and hot. And their nacho cheese... chef's kiss. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Compared to my last experience with Hungry Howie's Pizza, this time was way better than usual. I actually got a fully cooked pizza and sub. The last team was completely disrespectful, judgemental, and dishonest. The food actually tasted like the Albion store. As long as this newer team keeps up the good work, I will recommend it for anyone, instead of going all the way to Albion to order food. We had to cut the pizzas ourselves, again. I ordered butter cheese and sesame crust and received Cajun crust. I was still being positive until I noticed the very dark HAIR in the box. Hungry Howie's is our favorite pizza franchise. So hopefully they get their stuff together because we were disappointed the last few trips. Finally had to break down and write the bad review. After ordering my food watching one of the pizza makers finish sweeping and then went right to making my pizza. Once I told them they could go ahead and throw that out and to please wash your hands because I was not getting that pizza after watching him touch the dustpan and then go hands first into my food making he became very upset and told me that was just a waste of time but through it out anyway he did make another pizza but I just don't think Ill be back Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Couldn't even make the pizza right. 3 girls 1 guy in there bashing the customer for wanting garlic cust. Another making fun of a customer for wanting the pizza cut all way threw. Wich the didnt even cut mine as well. Such a huge let down if i wouldn't of had hour drive home i would of went back for my money. Dont recommended going back to thos location. Got the Albion special. Garlic butter cheese crust with pepperoni, cheese, and bacon. Worked for HH many years ago and love their pizzas. Something a lil diff about these guys compared to others. B back soon. *Update* u guys finally deliver to my house. I ordered a salad 50 minutes before close it got to me very promptly fifteen minutes later but it was made wrong so I called back and the gentleman had it remade correctly and sent back to me within fifteen minutes. I really appreciate it. Very nice employees. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
