Ate here on 2/25/2024 11:15 with my wife, and we both got sick. The place was busy but I felt the food was not given enough attention because of it. Plus, I'm sure there was possible food contamination from one person loading the grill and unloading with the same spatulas! Food was average. One of the dirtiest huhots I have been to. The food selection was iffy. A worker was collecting food items that fell around food bowl at the food bar and putting it back in the bowls… I couldn’t eat after seeing that. Server was nice but not overly helpful. Cooks were cook and chatty. I had to wait as you can see from the one picture as they cleaned a grease traps of the grill not more that 10 feet from the cooking surface. Won’t visit again. All time favourite!! You are the creator of your own dish... they have 50 different sauces and oil with description. The best thing is the great variety of hot sauces and the plain meat that you can put in your bowls. They will cook you food in front of you and the service is actually very efficient and kind.
