As a vegetarian, this restaurant had a lot of options for me. Everyone was really helpful and I was able to get what I wanted. I had potato curry (pic), cabbage salad (pic) and myanmar style vegetable salad. Got a tamarind juice as starter and banana for desert. All was very good. Please mind that prices are a bit higher due to the inflation than in the menu photo. Nice and tasty food. Fair prices. Good choices in menu available. Also for vegeterian. Staff sometimes speaks no english but is anyway very kind. Free warermelon for dessert was offered.

We went around 8.30pm for dinner and most food are already sold out. But nonetheless the owner made a huge effort to serve us as much as he could. We had a red snapper grilled to perfection, grilled small prawns (as the tiger prawns have been sold out) that's absolutely tasty and crunchy tomato salad Myanmar style. The owner even played us some music on his guitar as we were the only guests there to make us feel less lonely. Thank you for the hospitality and the efforts put into our dinner!!

Found a hair in my seafood salad. When I told the waiter, he seemed indifferent and no apology was made. It took forever to get the bill even when there were only two groups of customers at that time. Won’t go back again because of poor customer service and the attitude of the staff.

Authentic family restaurant with great ngapali food. Htay htay kitchen is a nice place to have a good ngapali dinner, coconut curries, grilled fishes and crabs. The service is great and quality as well. 👌
