Hotel is not maintained properly so therefore not sure about the quality of the rooms but definitely would recommend the food. Not enough staff but still they try their best to give the best service possible.

I've been going to this place for years now. The only place at Kataragama to have the best meal for a very reasonable price. The staff is very friendly. However the place is not well maintained.

Had an awful experience at the Hotel Robinson in Thissamaharama. I went there for lunch but left without having any food due to the worst customer service and unclean hotel. The staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful, and the entire place was very unhygienic. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as it's not worth the money for the poor service and uncleanliness. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We are always going to this place for years now. The food was tasty and a good place. But this year we all know SL is facing an economic crisis . We previously booked here again but now they are not responding the hotlines. We somehow contacted one of the manager here and they said they are also facing lack of gas and therefore avoiding hotlines. Yes the gas shortage is there but I hope they’ll response when the customer contacts them. Management needs to be aware and point out customers when there’s an issue afterall.

Convenient place to stay, rooms are reasonably good and good food, there is a mini bar also.

Foods are ok. But there rooms are too old. Garden is not maintained. Bad smell comes from their drainage holes. Prices are reasonable. You Decide & go.

Very high quality service. Friendly staff who fulfil almost every need. Lovely food and tea served. Has multiple swing sets for kids and many places to sit outside. High quality rooms with an AC and Fan.

worse place to stay, bad hospitality and even though we booked a deluxe room the bed bugs does not let us sleep whole night terrible place i appreciate you all to stay a better place either check in booking.com. Thank you.
