Service was horrible today. The hot chocolate, coffee and donuts were good as usual - but if I went back and that same person was there, I would leave and get it somewhere else.

Each week I am asked to pay a different price for my exact, same order! Anywhere between $5 to doubling the price! Usually they correct it with a negative attitude but today they claimed it is due to the fact that their prices on the backboard menu differ from the register. I demanded my money back! Horrible service and l will not return.

Sooo, this just happened... Honey Dew, at this location, is open until 6pm. This was just confirmed by the young man who told us that they close at 6. He then told us, "This is one of those days where we have to close early to get out on time" It's 5:20! There are a ton of bakery items left on the shelves! My daughter and I just spent 6 hours in the heat and then the rain doing manual labor. Honey Dew was the closest place and my daughter likes this particular one. OMG 🤦‍♀️😡

If I could give negative stars I would. The service was awful, the employees were rude, barely spoke loud enough to hear anything. The one making our order entirely refused to acknowledge anything that was said to him so he passive aggressively slammed our items on the counter one at a time making us repeat the order. Clearly they're having issues inside the work place but that is not how you treat your customers. Lastly I finally drink my latte at work only to find it is past dated oatmilk, the coffee was burnt or possibly just old. I'm so disgusted by this whole experience.

Food is better....IF you get what you order! I have always sought out Honey Dews over the other OVER PRICED shops (you know who you are), however the Londonderry location is officially off my list. I have overlooked unfriendly waitstaff, which acts like you are inconveniencing them by ordering, paying, and then tipping which I have been doing because the coffee and food seem to be better. WHAT I CAN'T OVERLOOK IS THE MISERABLE WAITSTAFF THAT WHILE PAYING AND TIPPING SCREWS UP BASICS ORDERS OVER AND OVER AGAIN-EVEN AFTER CONFIRMING THE ORDER 2 AND 3 TIMES. Were not talking elaborate orders) With the increased prices, I'll just make it myself.

Never coming back honestly. They forgot my order the second I pulled up even though I was the only one in line, probably because they were focused on gossiping. I don’t know how you get “croissant” from “everything bagel”; my fault for not checking before I left but it was greasy and not good at all. The iced coffee I got was watery and bitter too, I wish I could get my money back.

I thought this location would have better tasting donuts than heavenly donuts but it's just not the case. Other locations seem to have better tasting donuts. It's still a good alternative to dunkin donuts i guess.

Donuts aren't great. Maybe a tiny step up from Dunkin, but nothing compared to good mom-and-pop shops. The raised and Boston cremes did not look appealing and the cake donut I had was too sweet. The apple fritter was good, but nothing different from other fritters.

Love it , easy friendly coffee & doughnuts But skip the breakfast sandwich. Because. Theres a counter to your right in same store. With THE BEST BREAKFAST SANDWICHES,, BREAKFAST BURRITOS , REGULAR BREAKFAST MEAL TO GO. Plus it all boars head deli meats. So GREAT SUBS AFTER BREAKFAST TO.. definitely worth a quick stop off 93 in nh..
