Loved the crispy fried chicken salad!!! It's sour, spicy and sweet. Xiao long bao and fried dumplings are good. Don't order the steamed dumplings in leek because the dumpling skin is thick. Not recommended to eat the mala in prawn or pork belly. Just thick gravy.

A good option when you want to have soup dumplings restaurant in Mandalay. Xia Long Bao is slightly less than that of Xi Yang Yang franchise restaurant in Yangon though, beef noodle soup is better than Xi Yang Yang.
The restaurant was moved from its old location right next to Mr. Bar B Q, and a staff said, it opened again at new place on 23 Dec 2019.

Great cucumber salad and steamed fish (I think it was tilapia but I would prefer dory or seabass). Very descent beef noodles. Vegetable soup - no, I didn't understand. But at the end it was a nice food experience in Mandalay and fair price.
