First time here. Passing through town and ordered a take out tray. Meant to just "try" it in the parking lot... it didn't make it out of the parking lot and I ended up going back in to order bbq pints to take home. FOH staff were super sweet! First time coming here. I asked if they had “pulled” chicken, because I don’t eat pork. the kid behind the counter said yes but it’s for our tacos. I asked if I could get the pulled pork sandwich but with the “pulled” chicken instead. He said no with no explanation I asked why and he told me “ because we can’t” so I told him to just give me the taco and a bun and I’ll put it on myself. When a different kid brought it to the table it was not pulled chicken. It was grilled chicken that was clearly made hours earlier because it was dry, hard, and cold. I told him that this was not pulled chicken and he said “yea its fajita style, sorry” then walked away. I was extremely disappointed and will most likely never be back. There are other bbq places in town that not only serves fresh to eat food but has employees that are actually willing to make your dining experience important to them. Walked in to a welcoming smile, when we said it was our 1st time her smile got even bigger. Asked what she recommended, brisket! Krystal thank you for all the help and fabulous customer service! I went here for the first time and the last time. The girl at the counter was super nice and friendly. The atmosphere was fine, but the food is less than desirable. The prices were terrible ($22 for lunch for one person). I got the hamburger steak, they charge a dollar to add gravy! Even with gravy, it was very dry. The fried pickles were very, very salty and I could not eat them. This is a do-it-yourself restaurant. Besides them bringing your food out to your table at completely different times, you refill your own drink, get your own silverware, get your to-go boxes. Everything is set up at the counter for you to wait on yourself. But on top of all that, at least it looked clean. I do not recommend. We were hungry and didnt take a photo before diving in. Delicious, juicy pulled pork pilled high. Fresh cut fries. Nice selection if sauces. Friendly service. So it appears that there are no servers, which is ok, I guess. But the people at the counter don't explain that to you, nor do they explain anything. You sit down waiting for your food, then ask for utensil only to find out you have to get plastic out of a bucket. With a tiny napkin inside So you ask for more napkins only yo be pointed in the direction of a roll of brown paper towels that has grease and sauce from a hundred other people touching. Oh, by the way, the food arrived.....cold!😑 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Not the cleanest place, BBQ was nasty. Soaked in vinegar and mushy. Would not recommend. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I would come back. We had the brisket tacos and the brisket sandwich with their fries. We would most definitely come back for the tacos; they were full of flavor. Their BBQ sauce is vinegar-based; you add your own. The coleslaw is vinegar based as well; very tart. If you like vinegar-based food, this place is for you. I wasn’t too crazy about the fries though. I am particular about my fries and these were over-done and bit soggy. I think the tots might be the better choice. Ultimately, I judge based on the mac’n’cheese. It was gooooood! It was full of flavor and very cheesy. I would definitely come back for the tacos and mac’n’cheese.

Absolutely delicious food. Some of the best BBQ I have had in a while! Good western style. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We recommend this place highly! We travel a lot trying out little hole in the wall places and I add this to the top of my list! Very clean facility and would love to see them in a cook off one day!
