Brianna (mgr) has been super helpful and friendly. I had quit using Holiday stores, but came into the store because it was the only one open to get coffee early in the morning, and the store was extremely clean and the coffee was amazing!

The Manger here is a complete joke and always has and attitude and Flys off the handle. She doesn't know how to treat customers, sits on her phone watching videos and let's her employees rip off customers. I will not return again. This is hands down the worst gas station in billings, Mt. Avoid at all costs.

Would give it a zero if i could, me and my boyfriend came here on christmas day to get energy drinks, gas and my boyfriend bought cigarettes. Terri asked for both of our ids even though i didnt say anything about cigarettes, so he had to go to the back of the line while i grabbed my id. She was completely rude and argumentative. Then she put out gas on the wrong pump even though we told her the correct pump and she tried to blame it on us. This store is very dirty and full of expired items. The two people who were working were rude and also ignoring customers n dont go here

The worst gas station in Billings!!! Horrendous customers service!!! Poorly kept store. Expired product. No stock shelves. Plus a sticky floor. And the employee have more interests in their cell phones then doing their jobs. Go anywhere else but here.

Your old lady employee with the thin dark hair I think her name is Nancy maybe. Is about the rudest person I have ever met in my entire life. I have an actual scar on my finger from her scratching me while ripping money out of my hands. Also I understand I’m 19 and I look young but I go in there almost everyday and have bought cigarettes multiple times she knows who I am and know I’m old enough yet she still manages to be rude when asking for it, snatches it out of my hand, looks it and me up and down as if it’s not me and then scoffs as if it’s a big inconvenience for her. And yesterday I called ahead of time to see if they could break a 100$ which they said yes. And when I handed it to her she stomped her foot and said ugh why do people give me these all the damn time. I’m to the point where I would rather give up my place in line just to make sure the other cashier rings me up.

The overnight clerk by the name Josh has the customer skills and interaction of a 3rd grader !!! Probably giving him to much credit with that of a 3rd grader!!! I've been to some places and have I never been more disrespected anywhere then I was there!!!!!! I have to thank Josh for of the holiday store on main in the heights of billings MT for tainting my option of holiday gas station around the country!!!!!!!!!#!!
