DAMAGED the wheel on my brand new truck. The manger was rude when I went in to figure out how it had happened. The guide on the car wash is up at height of the rim, so any light brush against it can easily damage wheels, even worse when they are expensive ones. I called the corporate office about it, to see if it could be fixed and they didn’t seem to care, I was planning on using their car wash, because it is convenient, but I will not go back there again. Convenience doesn’t mean much if it’s going to damage a persons car or truck.

This is a gas station I have gone to often. I was excited when I saw a great gas price. I went to fill up And when I looked closer the price on the sign was lower than the actual price at the pump. I mentioned it inside only to be told they are “promoting unleaded 88.” They had switched the main sign to unleaded 88 where it typically is just unleaded. I am sure they have disappointed more than just me today. Kind of tricky if you ask me!

Holiday Station Store(s); Rogers MN. This is for the one on the Southside of the freeway. As there is a North one also, odd but true. The south location, bathroom is clean, hot food for breakfast is normally stocked by 4:00am if not before I'm told. Early morning "overnight" staff is friendly, do their job, help customers. I'm not there as much not put when I stop in everything seems running well. You don't have to bleeping prepay or pay at the pump here. That is a plus. 2/15/2024 UPDATE: Now everyone does have to be prepaid or pay at the pump.

Got what I needed. Not a long wait and friendly employees. Mostly clean, some mess on the coffee bar that could have been maintained. But overall good store!

June 5, Mon., did the Works car wash; but question if there was actually wax &/or seal coat present in the machine. Looked & smelled like rinse water & usually you can see it when it goes on, at least one or the other. Car doesn't even look like it got washed.... the next day. Hope I'm wrong, but didn't look right as I watched the machine say what was being applied.... may want to keep an eye open when you use the car wash. It could be fine by now.... forgot to review until now (Fri)....

Sign shows their 88 octane fuel which is always cheaper than normal 87.

Says they are open 24 hours. On the door they have a sign that they close at 11 . Hit there at 10 o clock sharp and they stopped me at the door to lock it. Saying they are now closed. They had customers inside still but refused yo let me in to pay for one item quick. District managers need to get involved and bring this store back to what it once used to be

Place has gone to absolute trash since circle k took over. Mens room is a mess 99% of the time, paper towel dispenser has been broken for months, sink sprays all over you when turned on, the store itself is always a mess. Loved it when holiday owned it.

Rude old man with a ponytail and a cane works the front, avoid his negative attitude if you can. Being at a pump for a little bit longer than normal when it's not busy isn't a big deal. I was chatting with my child's Mom about parenting for 15 min. If you want people to clear out try being nice about it, a please goes a long way. You don't need to add extra verbiage... Asking if we are ok, or telling us how long we have been there. A simple "Folks near pump X, would you please clear the pumps" would have sufficed. Then when someone confronts you about it, don't get upity and defensive. I didn't come in and yell, I came in to say how he spoke was probably not the best and if he was understanding I would have said thank you and apologized for being their longer than normal. Yet he was again rude and defensive about how he was without listening to what I was saying as a customer who had paid at the pump... If your employees can't listen to a customer without getting personally offended and continue to be rude then you have a problem that needs to be resolved.
