Fantastic little chain ramen shop! Many varieties to choose from and their apitizers are great too! We tried the bang bang shrimp and the takoyaki. The shrimp were amazing! Crispy and large, with fantastic sauce! The takoyaki wasn't my favorite. Both ramens ordered came piping hot and made fresh! You can order as is or add on toppings. What a great little ramen shop! This place is in shilo shopping center , and I was craving sushi . Inside very clean . Really cool art on walls and nice atmosphere to enjoy some food . Great place for dinner then a movie since amc is in same parking lot. The food is good for the area . The price is right on . The Thai tea super legit . If on west end give it a try . This is a really good ramen spot! Wife and I were passing through and we’re from Vegas. Being from Vegas with so many ramen spots there that we’ve tried we gotta say it’s truly incredible. Also try the Bozeman sushi roll ! Super delicious. 10/10 fresh everything. We got the spicy beef ramen with added fried onions, corn, jalapeños, and a seasoned egg. The ramen isn’t consistent. The first time we went it didn’t have much flavor but sushi and boba was good. The second time we went ramen, sushi, and boba was amazing however I wish I would have known or saw that the calamari is only 7 pieces! They took ours out to the wrong table and made us a new one. Which we would have been fine with it coming out with our food but I believe they rushed it because it was greasy, and soft, not crispy. They told us they would take care of it but when I got the bill it was still on there. At this point they were pretty busy so just paid and left. We will try them out again just will avoid the appetizers. Price per person $100+

Best ramen soup in Billings and also Bozeman. Very tasty food. Full table service. Wine and beer. The tantanmen ramen was outstanding. But my wife and I both love the Spicy Beef Ramen the best. We wished for less noodles and more broth. Service was fast and pleasant. Happy is a very pleasant server. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Very good ramen. Rich, hearty. The spicey beef ramen was the best. Tasty, hardy, a full meal. The chicken rich was good, but to us the beef was better. We always enjoy the harumaki spring rolls as an appetizer. Happy is a happy, wonderful server. Hokkaido has such outstanding Spicy Beef Ramen that I raised my rating to 5 Stars. It's not a glamorous place but has the best spicy beef ramen in Billings.

10/10 by far one of the best overall dining experiences I've had in years! The good was amazing quality and it was nice trying new delicious things! Yum! And the staff and GM were so friendly. Can't wait to go back. Oh and btw....very affordable and lots of food. ;)

The first time I went here the service was great and the food was good. I went back a second time and it was opposite. Food was bland and the meat was dry, the sushi was dry and our server made us feel like we were bothering them and hardly checked to refill our drinks (which we needed since the food was so meh). Rating a 3 star because I got sick for 5 days after eating here. I ate here once before over a year ago and thought I would try it out again. Cute, casual, low key vibe in the restaurant. Service was fast and friendly. Our waitress was very attentive and was nice but there was a few things messed up with our order so I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. I ordered the valentine roll which listed on the menu it came with salmon on top. It came out and it was quite obviously topped with tuna. I was willing to look over this but two pieces into my sushi roll, something felt off about it so I didn’t finish my roll. I didn’t eat anything else that night. (TMI warning) The next morning I had violent diarrhea. Normally when this has happened before it only lasts for a day. I straight up had it BAD for 5 days, missed work because everything I would attempt to eat or drink would just run right through me, liquified. My poor angel boyfriend moved in with me barely a week before so imagine the embarrassment of your bf moving in with you and then getting hardcore diarrhea for 5 days straight. I have not had diarrhea that severe since the late 90s when I was a child, no exaggeration. Not to mention it affected my s*x life so I fell into a deep depression after not getting it for 5 days. Not trying to be dramatic, just sharing my honest experience to warn others. I know it was the sushi that made me sick. I am an experienced sushi eater so I know when something is not right with the fish. Bringing the rating up to 3 star because our server was so polite & I feel like she can’t be the one to blame for food quality issues. With all of the other mistakes that happened with various items we ordered, I wouldn’t be surprised if the quality of the fish was also compromised.
