We had a weekday lunch here. It was fine but not worth a trip over. The brau chips were by far the best thing we ate. The grilled chicken on the salad seemed as if nobody did any quality control on the pieces that made the cut. Server was fine but a bit awkward and not warm or particularly friendly. Stopped in for dinner on 7/6/23. Staff was very friendly and helpful with the menu. Drinks arrived promptly and we're refilled regularly throughout the meal. Rolls were fresh, hot and delicious (my son loves them). Waitress even brought out a second basket of rolls for my son which he appreciated. Steaks were properly cooked but the filets contained more fat and connective tissue than we expected. Wife had the chicken fried chicken which was juicy and excellent. Steamed broccoli was great but the Mac and cheese wasn't very good. Server forgot one of our sides but corrected it when we pointed it out. Wife had a couple of good craft beers on draft. This place was absolutely amazing! This was our second time here and the food was absolutely amazing the second time as well. Parking is not a ton, but we always find a spot. Food pricing is about $15-$36 per item, but the flavor, the amount of food, and the way you want your food cooked is perfect. They know how to cook all and every steak to the perfect temperature and type you want it to be. We haven't had any alcoholic beverages here, but it's about the same pricing as any average place $6 for a beer and $10 for a cocktail. Service here was great. I want to say our waiter was Eric, but he did take the time during a busy day to make sure we always had what we needed. This is your everyday steakhouse but they have some bigger-sized portions. We enjoyed our chicken, salads, and prime rib, and our fave was the fried mushrooms 🍄 and pickles. Wow! Great service by our young waiter! He was very professional, was right on top of everything and did a fantastic job. The restaurant itself was nice. It wasn’t loud, and we were able to talk and hear each other which was so nice. Our food was amazing! I had the jalapeño creamed chicken fried steak. Delicious! My husbands steak was good too!
