The was very flavorful and good quality. We had oyakodon, takoyaki, chicken bao(curry), honey pomelo tea, and Oreo brown sugar boba cheese milk. Everything was tasty. My only criticism is that oyakodon was a bit salty because the egg took on the flavor of the sauce so the rice was a necessity to balance out the flavor. I’ve been here once before and the chicken karage is pretty good as well. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Plenty of parking in the lot. You can order by a tablet which makes it very easy and convenient. We bought 6 dishes and it came out to be around $60. The atmosphere was very nice, artistic, and comforting. They bought out a large glass pitcher of water so we could refill to our hearts content. The food was tasty, The bubble tea was delicious. And when our son spilled water, the staff was super friendly about it. Would recommend. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100

When coming to place it can be a bit confusing due to the construction in front but when going in its actually a great place to hangout with your friends. Food was good and atmosphere was cozy. Just wish there was a lil more help with figuring out how to order or putting away plates. Overall 8/10 would recommend giving this place a try. Hitea is truly one of the best boba places I have ever been to. The drinks are not only extraordinarily tasty, but also extremely pleasing to look at. The employees are super friendly and helpful. Pictured is the Budapest Crystal Peach Sap Flower Milk Tea with boba and a Brown Sugar Latte with boba and we have zero complaints with the quality and excellent taste. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality drink you get. If you want boba you'll remember for the rest of your life, come to Hitea! Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

Ordered delivery through 3rd party service. My food order was not correct. Called hitea, but the person who answered told me to call the delivery service. I told her it is the food that was wrong, not the delivery. She kept telling me to call the service. I asked what ingredients are in the beef shank rice bowl. I told her, there was no broccoli or vegetables other than onions. Just rice, egg and onion. But she still pushed it back on the delivery service. Waiting for the delivery service to respond, and starving... should I eat it or keep waiting? Will they replace it or credit me? Food: 3 Service: 1

Initially tried their Delmar location, and discovered that this location had more menu items. Glad they had ramen and bento boxes. Their milk tea selection was also great. The Roasted Oolong Milk Tea is so yummy and relaxing! They have so many different foods from Asian culture including but not limited to Bentos’, Tonkatsu, tofu, ramen, and more! The ambiance and decorations are so fun and pretty! They have Lego sculptures of castles and put together models of other grandiose buildings. I found my new happy place!
