Love the atmosphere of this place. Came in for lunch but wish I didn’t have so much to do that day that I couldn’t stay for a drink. The bar looked pretty awesome and would have loved to hang out there for a little while. The food came out fast and tasted great all around. Drank me an old fashioned root beer. Delicious! Awesome little joint. No table service, you order at the register and they bring your food to you. We had the Truffle Mushroom Swiss Burger and the Chicken Sandwich. Omg that truffle mushroom burger was amazing!! Huge selection of beers to try! We had a flight of 6 (Piehole Porter, Party Pie Porter, Hefe, Blueberry Wheat, Amber, and the Mango). My personal favorite was the Piehole Porter. Worth the visit, highly recommend 👌 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Picked this as a place to eat whilst in Flagstaff and really glad we did. It came up as a place with vegetarian and vegan options. And they're good. The jackfruit tacos were loaded! And the squash chilli was very filling, if a little mild. Didn't drink any of the alcoholic choices: driving and not much of a drinker any way. Great place with cool vibe and great beers. My BLTA definitely had too much bun and the onion rings appeared to be over done (but were actually amazing). They were short-staffed this Saturday we went so orders and drinks took a while...but then again it was parents weekend at NAU so everywhere was quite busy. Dog friendly was a plus. Sour beer was ok but missing that tangy bite I like. Wings were good. Yummy salad. The tables were a little wonky so be cautious. Cool area. Pay to park...plus tax to park. Might not be affiliated with the restaurant but I thought that was super odd. Pretty sure I pay enough in taxes. Wait staff was friendly 😉 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

We stopped by for dinner and brews. I feel that Historic rates very highly with a variety of craft beers and delicious eats. Try the Cherry Piehole Vanilla Porter and the Cucumber ale. The latter is so refreshing. We ate and ordered the vegan sweet potato chili and the jackfruit tacos. Matt is mindful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took care of us. The vegetarian jackfruit tacos were great. Portions were large, and it was all delicious. The choices on tap were interesting and locally brewed. I enjoyed their prickly pear mule 😁 The bartender was very nice and worked quickly. The interior was cozy and welcoming too. Definitely one of my favorite breweries. This place is so good! Their brews are all so good with such a good amount of choice for everyone from Kombucha drinkers to beer lovers. And the food! The food was amazing, came with a group and shared almost everything on the menu and every single bite was delicious. The brew selection is so good that they could’ve just had ok food and I’d still be leaving a good review. But with how good it all is, you’d expect the service to suffer maybe, but nope! They are the cherry on top. They were so nice and attentive and got everything perfect for our group. And the prices where very reasonable for, especially for the quality and portions. I’d seriously have to struggle to find a complaint about this place after tonight’s experience!
