Came here just to try the coffee since this place was recommended a lot. The coffee was actually tasty but service was a downhill. The girl who took the order was kinda rude and didn’t answer our question in a proper way, never she smiled nor said thank you when customers approached her. The first impression was a ‘zero’. We don’t know if we should recommend this place for others, but they have lots of other franchises that you should go for. Otherwise, they should improve their customer service skills!!! We don’t even think that they deserve one star for the Service. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Spacious and breezy, with seating options both indoors and outdoors. Just like other Highlands cafes, the quality of the drinks is decent, and the prices are average. During the hot summer, it's advisable to have some fans outside to beat the heat. For motorbikes, the closest parking spot would be the basement, while for cars, parking around Vincom is the best option, except for the restricted parking area right in front of the cafe.
