This Hesburger is all good 👍 but the indoor playground is full of bacteria and viruses. Once upon a time, we were dining there, and my little sister was playing at that indoor playground and caught some kind of virus that eventually everyone from our family got it. I ordered kids meal - received two toys i asked to exchange before I even touched it- cleark at counter refused.. not sure why. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Really nice place to have a burger, if u are tired of McDonald's and burguer king. Nice staff and service, with an indoor park for children. 5***** Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €10–15 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The food is quite good, though sometimes dry. The workers are quick in making food, but always seem sad and are forced to work in cramped areas. The restaurant itself is spacy and has a children playing are, though it lacks some hygiene.

Slow service. Two girls working in front, not helpin each other, one taking 8 orders at once another one by one and always leaving the client order zone. (Not helping the first girl with executing her orders as it got busy )

The food was good but unfortunately my order got mixed up (the girl right after me asked for the same food just without jalapenos while my order supposed to have them). Not a big issue just an oversight.

The food was good, but I'm not giving a 5 stars because in front of as there was 3 more cars, but we waited about 30 minutes. I don't think that I could call this fast service, especially in fast food restaurant

This Hesburger had a big playground for kids so it is very good place to visit for families with children. It is also a good place to have a kid's birthday party. Food is only OK. I had chicken salad which was not very tasty. But it is normal for Hesburger. What is cool: you can place an order via mobile app.
