To be honest, coffee houses in office building lobbies always seemed like they were solely for people working in the said buildings. Walking in, I was intimidated someone would ask for my ID. But the security guard kindly pointed where the entrance was, and the baristas treated every customer friendly and kindly.
My cappuccino filled the cup to the rim, and the guy behind the counter made an elegant feather on top as well. The coffee was a perfect drinking temperature (I hate when the first sip burns off the taste buds). The morning bun was soft and covered with smooth semi-sweet cream and had a surprise in the center - apple bits.
The interior is attractive, there is lots of open space, and floor-to-ceiling windows let natural light in. But the cherry on top is the view of the Sears tower, specifically its wave wall.

THE coffee spot that nobody knows. Epic views of the river. Super quiet here, not many people but is my new go-to spot to get work done. Only complaint is I wish business hours were longer or open on weekends. TV available to use, board games, and free Retro Arcade machine!

Very good. Intelligentsia beans. My breve cortado was well-made, and tasty, juicy espresso with Int. Black Cat blend. Barista Kierra was very friendly and helpful!
I love Heritage! This is another great shop that is beautiful and spacious. Coffee is awesome and that’s why I gravitate to their shops. My favorite is cold brew!
This place is amazing! Simple menu with all the necessities. Oatly oat milk. Fast service. Beautiful decor. View of the river. Would give 6 stars if i could.
Super convenient as it's perfect for commuters coming into the city via Union Station. No crazy wait for when I went on a Wednesday at 8:30am. Really nice and spacious sitting area with plenty of tables and seating. They make a fantastic Lavender Oat Milk Latte!
