I want to give four stars due to prices, that said, it’s a small town grocery store that’s not a major chain. Selection is pretty decent. Can still find your basics (milk, bread, some meat) at normal fair prices. The customer service, quality, convenience, etc force this to be 5 stars. Keep shopping there and they can be more competitive and it helps all of us! Wish they could stock more deli meats but I understand their challenges, nobody in Weld county has good Italian cold cuts 😭😭

The employees here always seem really helpful and so nice. They are all a bunch of teenagers but the most respectful teens I've encountered in a long time. Thank you for always being so nice and automatically taking my groceries to my car for me.
I’ll start with saying I love Heritage Market, everyone is typically always kind and very helpful. However, the carrying the groceries out of the store is getting very annoying. I understand the intent and courtesy, but if I tell you “no thank you” that is a full sentence, that is a full answer. Do not ask me 2 or 3 more times if I’m sure. It’s soooooo awkward. If I have 5+ bags then sure and I’ll ask for help. But if I have 1-4 bags and told you no thanks already, then PLEASE for the love of everything holy, put my groceries down! I recently had to tell a girl “no thank you” 3x and she got an attitude with me lol. I had 2 bags. Like no, I don’t need you to carry 2 bags (especially when all four items could’ve fit in one bag.) There are times it’s been very appreciated but holding my 2 bags insisting you walk them out is extremely uncomfortable. Please, please respect customers answers and stop doing this unless we ask or have too many bags to carry on our own. Thx!

Heritage Market offers a commendable meat selection that stands out. The ease of shopping and convenience make it a convenient stop for many. However, the overall shopping experience is marred by the store's tendency to be significantly overpriced on most items. For some, the lure of better deals in Greeley or opting for the more affordable options at Dollar General might be worth the extra drive, especially for everyday essentials.

Great little hometown grocery store. Would be 5 star if it wasn't for them having horrible coffee choices. Worst thing they did was get rid of Allegro Coffee Company whole beans in bulk for that terrible Dazbog stuff.

Fantastic local market with plenty of groceries, at least a couple options on something you might need. They are more expensive than the big box grocery stores, but they have small town friendly staff and they are well worth it.

Thank you so much for your support of our recent family reunion. We ordered 100+ pieces of chicken from the deli and rolls from the bakery. All was so very good and the check out staff and deli/bakery staff were excellent. The staff and manager helped so much.
friendliness it not the moto for sure. just not what it use to be. run by a bunch of high schoolers with no manners or respect. while checking out nobody wants to hear about you high school date the night before.

Love the simplicity of this store. Everyone is so nice!! I was SUPER surprised to find out they carried our favorite pie brand. (The village pie maker)

Jill in the floral department is amazing. This is my first experience with the floral department and they did not disappoint. My husband and daughter had their annual father/daughter dance and I completely forgot the corsage. I called Heritage in a panic and spoke with Jill, she was so nice considering I needed the corsage in 3 1/2 hours. She took the time to get a picture of the dress and had it done in about 2 hours and the corsage came out beautiful! She is my go to from now on!
