We were amazed by how the Pizza turned out. These are one of the best pizzas we have had in our entire Life. Wife and I were hungry getting out of Costco (almost had Costco Pizza), but glad we didn't. We drove out and found this place on Yelp and decided to try the Pizza out.
We were very impressed with Fidelia (chef), she made our Pizza with a lot of humility and dedication. Her passion for making every Pizza best pizza really showed. Wife and I are vegetarians. She quickly realized and made us aware that the place really respects that and that they have separate Pans, Gloves, and utensils to be used for Vegetarian Pizza. We were highly impressed by that.
Fidelia started off with a fresh hand made dough (not frozen) and started adding fresh farm grown vegetables. The quantity of veggies were very adequate and had a nice balance with the dough, cheese and the sauce. We went with half and half with White and Red sauce (house made) with Garlic butter on top. The pizza turned out to be so good, the toppings and the sauce were the 2nd best thing we enjoyed about the pizza, the 1st had to be the Crust. Crust was very evenly well done and had a distinct texture and earthy flavor that we really enjoyed. All in all we were pleasantly surprised by how good the Pizza turned out.
Wife and I are both convinced that this is, by far, the best Pizza we have had in and around Bay area. We are a repeat customer and fan.
Great spot to get gas and grab some food. Pizza is usually fresh, and the Tikka Rice bowl is really good. $12.95 not to bad. It's a lil high but still good
