My mum & I went here last Saturday. I was so impressed with the range of keto options. In shop I had bacon, chicken & brie scone (from memory). It was so delicious. I bought savoury muffin & donuts to take home. They were great too. Very friendly staff. Can't wait to get across again to eat here. So great, we came here twice! Friendly staff, delicious food, lots of seating, and a kids play area! GLUTEN FREE AMAZINGNESS! Chicken fingers, fish & chips, pastries, salads, SO much for breakfast & lunch. Celiac friendly, I ate here twice and was super happy! Out for the day and came across this gem of a spot ! Very friendly staff great looking menu! Coffee was amazing and the southern fried Benedict was to die for lovely presentation and great flavours gone in seconds will definitely be back when in town again! Keep up the great work! Joined my sister & her kids for lunch at Hello Stranger. Fantastic choice for lunch. 2 kids shared a plate of loaded wedges (adult size), which they struggled to finish. 1 kid had the pancakes from the kids' menu which was supplemented with wedges from the other plate so may have needed to be bigger. Sister had chicken & waffles as she had never tried that before. Tasted great even though it was a bit sweet. My roast vegetable salad was amazing with a fantastic citrus sauce on the side. Don't you just love it when you walk in to a cafe where you feel immediately welcome. A beautiful kia ora and seeing staff who clearly enjoy working together as team. Lot's of genuine smiles and laughter. The server's make you feel special and cared for. The coffee and breakfast was totally on point and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. What an amazing experience and I would happily recommend Hello Stranger Cafe. Lovely meal and atmosphere but getting a receipt for our meal has been disastrous. Receipts can only be emailed. Put details in the tablet but 2 days later no email. I have rung them and they are sending it but it might take a little while. Why can't a receipt be issued then. It is their way of managing the business. P.s. Today my wife and I visited Hello Stranger Cafe. The atmosphere was good and you feel welcome. The service was good also. However I was disappointed in the food. I am retired and don't often go out for lunch anymore. I ordered A Turkish breakfast. I got 2 extremely runny eggs, practically raw and a little ybit of yogurt. Also included were 2 extremely thin sliced pieces of bread with holes in it. I paid more than 20 dollars for this and felt ripped off. I don't mind paying some money for a special occasion, but this was not right.The total bill for luch including my wife and I was about 70 dollars. I won't recommend the cafe to my family and friends in Rotorua. Almost 70 dollars Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Food was good.. wait wasn't bad.. a few people there but was good environment.. double check your order, they got mine wrong but was all good as the burger I had was good.. will good back again.. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
