42 min wait and the consensus is that it is average. We ordered the cabbage beef and traditional beef noodles. The knife cut noodles are chewy, but the broth is just ok… a bit bland. Not sure what the hype is all about and don’t think it is worth the wait.

Satisfying handmade noodles with really great taste! I choose the tomato beef one, and there’s also eggs in soup. The portion is quite enough, be sure to add some special chilly. The texture of noodles is really good, ingredients are fresh and soup is delicious. The shop is located in the food court of a big market and it’s clean. Be ready for a queue since it’s really popular but definitely with a short wait! Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–200

Stellar (and delicious!) tomato beef noodles in an air-conditioned food court. Noodles are knife cut / hand made. Found it entirely by chance as I was starving near the Chiang Kai Shek memorial. Loads of locals in the food court, doesn’t feel like there were many, or any tourists at all. The stall is popular so there’s always a line. Worth the wait! If you don’t speak English just tell them which numbered dish you want. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

This sliced noodles with tomato beef soup restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of Nanmen market. It’s very popular, and it only opens till 6pm. Must come early if you wanna try this fantastic sliced noodles. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–200

Well.... Honestly, really couldn't understand why this restaurant could get this high rating on google... maybe very good at marketing?!... The noodles (that they claimed, which is noodle) was too thick... most of them are about 1cm thick... some of them even thicker.... Hand-made, "knife-peel" noodles are supposed to be thin and chewy... Not as thick as bread... On top of that, beef were over-cooked... Kind of like 120% cooked... they are so... dry... to be fair, yes reasonably priced...
