I recently tried the fried fish from this restaurant, and I must say, I was extremely disappointed with the portion size. The serving was so meager that I left feeling hungry and dissatisfied. The quality of the fish itself was decent, but it’s disheartening to pay for a meal and receive such a small amount. I expected a more generous portion, especially considering the prices. I hope the restaurant addresses this issue as it significantly impacts the overall dining experience. While the taste was okay, the inadequate portion overshadowed any positive aspects of the meal. Didn't realize this was pretty much a take-out place. And whatever you do, don't go in at 7:30. They locked the door and put the closed sign up at 7:42. Asked us to leave at 7:59. We didn't have anywhere to eat and it was too cold to eat outside. So I threw half my food out since I couldn't finish it in time. The food was okay. Fried okra really good. Menu didn't say the fish came with a salad, but it did. Won't be back. If I lived closer, I'd probably do call-ins.
