Wonderful shopping experience each time I visit. I generally go there weekly in the mornings. Produce is excellent! They have a deli, seafood bar bakery, salad bar and hot foods bar. I like the pizza bar where pizza can be purchased whole pie or by the slice. Customer service is superb. Always a pleasure to shop here.

The staff are friendly, and the building is clean. My issue with this location is the sale items are often, in my experience, being sold far past the best by date. I purchased frozen food today that was marked to be sold back in August. This is not the first time or second time I've purchased an out of date food item on sale at this location. Is this legal?

This Customer is not always right! I’ve witnessed so many customers bashing on employees and management sits back and allows it. It’s terrible. My father worked the produce section and was fired after being verbally assaulted by a customer.( on several occasions)12 years no write-ups, always shows up on time, does his job and goes home, even has gone above and beyond his job title to help when needed, but management draws the line with my father defending himself against a belligerent racist customer and fired him.THATS NOT RIGHT. The stories I could tell about the management here is insane. It’s sickening.

Got what I came there for and a few extra items. The store was crowded but everyone was pretty friendly and polite about not bumping into each other. The food is kinda pricey but you get a pretty good customer service experience. I had a pretty good experience except for an old grumpy bmale worker near the meat section. He had a disrespectful tone when I asked him if they sold lamb. Besides that j€rk my experience was overall pretty good. I would recommend shopping here.

Nearly every employee you meet here at our neighborhood Harris Teeter is friendly and helpful. But an emphatic 5-stars go to Emma in the bakery. We had a last minute request for a Minecraft Creeper cake for my son's 10th birthday (we needed it in like 30 minutes or less). My wife had planned to draw the creeper, but Emma said she'd been playing Minecraft for years and could do it herself in 15 minutes. She was able to create a perfect Creeper in black and green icing and save the day. My wife was in tears over her kindness. She offered to do this for us without us even asking for it, and things like this are the reasons Harris Teeter remains our primary grocery store.

Stopped by on Sunday, 12-12-21 while running errands. Not the HT store I frequent the most. Usually I go to their competitor when I'm in this area. I'm a bargain shopper, food included. Was browsing the produce section. Was glad to see coupons, but gladness quickly turned to disappointment when I saw that the marked down apples had mold. I bought a barbecue sandwich & a small chili from the tent outside the store. The chili was filling. I didn't know until I got home that the sandwich came with no condiments at all. They did give me plenty of meat.

Please stop that older male employee from sitting on the bottom of the stairs outside the women’s restroom. I know this has been happening at least a year now because that’s how many times I’ve run into him heading into or coming out of the restroom. It’s awkward and uncomfortable. Not to mention in that area are tables for the dining area, and the stairs seem to lead to an employee area. If he has a disability please place a chair for him nearby, but away from the women’s restroom door.

Harris Teeter has long been known for unsanitary restrooms, but I'm still queasy an hour after visiting the Cottswald HT. There is no way the men's restroom next to the bar has been sanitized in a year. There was fermented uric slime on the floor that made breathing nearly impossible. This is in an otherwise beautifully remodeled store, that is well stocked with bathroom cleaning supplies and BLEACH, which hasn't touched the floors and bathroom fixtures for a long time. C'mon Harris Teeter, let's have some pride in your stores. I'm certain Publix across the street wasn't this nasty.

Bernice, my cashier, was Super! 5 stars for her. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 I visited the Sushi bar, as always fresh and great options. Sam and his coworker definitely take pride in their craft. The Ultimate Chili roll with Salmon was tasty, never made it out of the parking lot. I personally would like more chilies 🌶. Was the chicken soup fresh.. hmm? And yes, I will return.
