Taste perfectly cooked sandwiches, hamburgers and tacos. Many visitors say that waiters offer good biscuits here. A number of guests suppose that you can have good tea or good coffee at this fast food. Hardee's is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are fair. When inside, the atmosphere is quiet. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

It's started to become less popular these days. No playgrounds or seats for babies/small kids. Really highly priced for a fast food restaurant, especially considering their quality of food compared to others of equal or better quality. Really good breakfast sandwiches and their chicken tenders are comparable to none, super crispy and the perfect combination of spices while still very juicy meat. I might have missed something, but I thought the point of ordering online was to skip waiting in line. The lady working the front counter at 10am this morning saw me standing at the side of the counter for 15 minutes past when the order was supposed to be ready, and when I asked she said I would have to wait in line. She also refused to correct an order from someone else whose food was messed up, on the grounds that he also didn’t wait in line. This the new Wendy's in Goose creek sc off Hwy 176, and old Mt. Holly Road. The breakfast was the best, #4. Home French fries, soft and tender chicken, glazed in honey butter, and a drink for 5 dollars!!!. The staff was cheerful and friendly. Covid 19 was observed. Dinning inside is allowed. Very clean. Plenty of parking, including handicapped ♿ vehicles. Excellent choice 👌. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

The Hardee’s corporation need to redo this building totally tear it down. I went this morning to get a chicken biscuit around 9:30 AM at Hardee’s North Main St., Summerville SC and The first thing I saw was a long line to the drive-through the manager had Hardee’s doors locked customer saw a long line at the drive-through and got out of their cars just to get to the front pulling on the locked doors they were very disappointed and The windows and the glass doors were dirty you can see the grease and fingerprints everywhere. The drive-through was about 30 minutes long. I had the feeling to leave while waiting ..I should have… because by the time I got my chicken biscuit. It was cold and rubbery. I ordered chicken biscuit and a cinnamon bun. The cinnamon bun was very warm. It was good ..but the chicken biscuit by the taste of it, I can tell it was cooked at least hour ahead. The drive-through representative was bitter and nasty. She look like she did not wanna be there. She really hates her job. I will not go at that location again until it’s torn down and a brand New restaurant is built with a new crew… Who appreciate their job and have good customer service Etiquette skills. Screens that displayed menus were out. Two people working with headphones on. My wife and I were the only customers. Waited from them to either greet us or ask if they can help. They never did. Finally my wife asked a question and had to have the menu verbally recited. I ask questions and was completely ignored. We decided to take our business elsewhere. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Me and my wife dined in and ordered two #5 Pork chop biscuit combo meals. We love this Hardee's Location and have been satisfied customers for over 10 years !!!! Forgot to mention the delicious Blueberry lemon cream cheese pies !!!!! Dining room closed. The atmosphere of my car was fine but a little cramped for eating. Long line at the drive-thru (obviously). Upon reaching the window, we see only one young lady working. Well maybe that's why the dining room is closed? Can't open the dining room if you can't find help. Ok fine. There's obviously at least one person in the kitchen. I hear a piece of a conversation where the young lady says she's not going to break her back for him, because he won't do anything for her - speaking to the person in the back. She brings our bag of food and our drink tray with two cups of coffee and an orange juice. Slams it in my face, spills hot coffee on my hand and down my arm, offers no apology, and walks away. I holler into her can I get a napkin please, to wipe off this hot coffee that's just spilled all over my arm? And her response was, "their in the bag"... Will not return. I’m giving 5 stars because of the service I received. I ordered 3 separate orders 2 online paid for and one via drive thru, one of the orders was missing on their end and I showed them the confirmation I had gotten. They had me pull forward and after some time I was a little stressed since I was picking up breakfast for my coworkers and I had been gone a while but the two nice ladies, the drive thru cashier and i’m assuming the manager were super helpful. My order was brought out and I was thanked for my patience because the drive thru was so long. I had already sent a message to hardee’s help because I thought I wouldn’t receive the original order and would have to pay again but she made sure that wasn’t the case. Great place for a sandwich. Easy access to get back on Interstate 26, once the traffic slows down. There is a traffic light next to it, and 3 driveways to leave. Two on the street and one to the shopping center behind. This is my fast food choice every time I go to Summerville. Drive thru order- only ordered a kids meal and waited 25 minutes in the drive thru with one car in front of us. Once we got to the window we were not greeted by staff (there were no other customers in the lobby). Manager and staff stood around on their phones talking amongst themselves without any sense of urgency. After sitting for an additional 10 minutes at the window we drove away very frustrated.
