Having seen Frankie's Fun Park, it's time to have a rest at this fast food. A lot of guests say that waiters offer nicely cooked cheeseburgers, chicken and meat sandwiches here. Clients can order tasty biscuits at Hardee's. Most visitors point out that the staff is terrific. Most reviewers highlight that the service is prompt. At this place, people can enjoy the enjoyable atmosphere. But google users rated this spot and it didn't get a high rating.

So, they're supposed to be open until 10pm tonight but I arrived at the drive thru around 8:30pm and was immediately told through the speaker that they were closed, which really took me by surprise considering the time but regardless I still politely responded "Oh okay, would you mind telling me what ya'lls normal hours are so next time I'll know and not waste a trip?"... and I was completely ignored 😠 This location seems to just make up whatever kind of hours they want but even when people are actually "working" they have zero customer service skills and are rude. This isn't the first time though that I've went to this location when they should've still been open, but they wasn't! What's funny though is I just drove back past there again on my way home at a little after 9pm and all of their lights etc are still on which basically means they're all just hanging out inside and collecting a paycheck for doing absolutely nothing besides turning customers away all night 🤯 🙄 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just got back to the office after picking up chicken tenders. They were much darker than usual ? Burnt? And ridiculously small. After picking them apart and removing any parts that weren't just breading , it was the equivalent of MAYBE one normal chicken tender. I took pictures.. i called. Busy. Then no answer.. will keep trying.. not sure why there is no open for adding pictures. I ate nothing but the apple turnover i also ordered. That was great. Not a soul inside nor in drive through. I’m still here writing this from placing my order at 7:42 and it’s 7:56. This is ridiculous and I highly recommend to not ever come to this Hardee’s. I would leave if I hadn’t already paid. I like Hardee’s a lot and this one is the worst I’ve ever been too. It’s now 7:58. Did the person faint? Who knows ? Hasn’t been person or worker in site for over 20 minutes. Hope they are ok

They need to close this location or send them all back to training. How can you mess up the new rap? And you put one little tiny piece of chicken tender inside. No cheese, supposed to be ranch but all I taste is mayo.Unbelievable!! Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

Haven't had Hardee's in months mainly because they always closed. But went tonight fries cold and old. Burger went in the trash. Lesson learned. Never again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Arrived there about 8am, Tried to go in as I wanted Hardee's Breakfast Meal. Door Locked Tried to call twice, hung up on twice after first ring. Got in drive through line, one car ahead of me, very long wait. Ordered sausage biscuit and fries. Long wait, paid, left and then find no fries. Come on, this ÷as worse than McDonalss. This place is absolutely gone down hill so fast. Sign on drive through says out of order. Pull around. I pull around the very rude lady with the white eye shadow said I had to come in. I come in and the people behind me go through the drive thru. Then she covers it up by saying oh she just out a drawer in the drive thru. I understand the head sets being down. The sign doesn't say come inside. It says out of order. I suggested addi g please come in side. She very rudely say OK. Hardee's customer service is why they are closing all over. Went thru drive thru they had no line had to repeat my order 3 times at menu screen and 1 time at window and they still forgot to give me some of my food but what I got wasn't that good either food was put together sloppy I will eat just about anything but they had to much mayo to much lettuce no tomato and way to many pickles I ordered 3 sandwiches a kid's meal tenders and 3 wraps I only got one of the 3 wraps that I paid for it was mostly mayo and pickles with a skinny little tender they also forgot my daughters fries was on vacation and did not qant to ruin it by causing a scene so I swallowed my frustration and the wait time was about 20minutes with no line ended up throwing the food out 🤮 🤢 only edible thing was fries and ate at the deli in Piggly wiggly whos food literally tasted like moma cooked it Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They close at noon now. My co-worker went there today, 12/4/23, around 1pm. The peak of the lunch hour, and he went to Wendy's instead. Hardee's has gotten so slack, but this younger generation doesn't want to work. I guess a lot of them didn't get their first check until it was a government stimulus check. Spoiled rotten lazy kids....🙄

Food is good, employees are nice, but definitely not "fast" food. Would not recommend if you are concerned with how long it will take to get your food after ordering.
