This store's biscuit maker knows what they're doing. Best fast food biscuit I've had in years. The coffee was really on point this morning as well. I order a number seven,cause it don't come with mayonnaise, I keep getting it put on my burger. Once I'm at work,I'm stuck with the problem. I spend alot of money at this store weekly, breakfast and lunch. Just don't understand, I called and reported Friday 5:30. No help there. Food: 1 Service: 5

severd me 4 biscuit and gravy melted to the box. When I called about this the manager told me to bring it back. I explained I'm not getting out again and she could replace it on my next visit. She told me NO, bring it back. I replied next week? She then told me " the keeper is set too high". I then replied " so I'm supposed to keep this $h!t for a week? She then said ,"don't cuss me" . I explained that I was not cussing her, I was making an observation. She then hung up on me. With that I got the number to the district manager "Tammy", and I gave her a call. Cold fries, sandwich looks like it was made last week. Had to wait in the drive thru with nobody in line, and got upcharged for "medium" without asking. When I mentioned it to who seemed like the only person working, he just closed the window while I was talking. Just a terrible place with terrible employees. Sherrie is the sweetest, most personable and enjoyable person! We loved Hardee's before, but Sherrie makes it 10 times better. She deserves a raise. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Today was Meh...kind of experience. I have had great service but not so much today. Got to work and the sandwich looked smashed. Make sure you have plenty of time as well, they are short staffed and orders tend to take some time. Update: stopped to try to get some lunch today. 4 people went through behind me to get a chicken tender order to me. Then when I get to eat it it is cold. I am done with this location.
