Everything was fine until I started drinking my coffee and realized half of the cup of coffee was literally coffee grains! Very unprofessional and never experienced this from any establishment! Its rare that I give a good review to a fast food restaurant, their courtesy and mannerisms were better than most others. It goes a long way to be kind and professional even if you are not the happiest individual in a unappreciated business. Good job to the team here who didn't have phones in their hands like Jacks or ignore customers like Subway. There were no people in-store or at the drive-thru, and the service was rude and unhelpful. It still took over twenty minutes for the food to come out, even though, as I said before, there were no other people being served, and we had only ordered two burgers and curly fries. One of us got a Frisco and the other got a Super Star, and even after being rude and taking twenty minutes to make it, they got our order WRONG. They gave us two Friscos, and our fries had been sitting in the bag so long they were cold. Will not be coming back to this location. I ordered 2 loaded omelet biscuits and somehow they forgot the omelet on both biscuits. also the biscuits looked like they were drowned with butter then put in a hydraulic press. also I could here people screaming and fighting from the drive thru window about the person infront of me. they drove off and didn't want their order. I stopped here on my way out of town a couple of weeks ago. I had the best hot ham and cheese with fries I have ever had. The fries were perfection. The sandwich was hot and gooey. I went back through the drive-thru on my way out town and got a ham and biscuit which was good but very salty. The girl did not give my card back and I didn't realize it until I was back in Nashville. I called and a very nice young man answered the phone. After asking me a few questions he said they had my card. I had a relative pick it up upon showing his ID and sent it overnight to me but what a hassle. I appreciate the great food but hope employees will hand back the card before handing over the food on the future. Guess I'm not very experienced with drive-thru service. These little anemic chicken strips won't exactly fill up anything. They taste good enough but they're tiny. Luckily I found a 5 gal gas can full of gas laying out by the road in front of hardee's.... That actually made the trip worth it! Lol
