Came here twice on our holiday to Tunisia. The service was good with very friendly staff. There was a limited childrens menu pasta, chicken or burger. My daughter really wanted a steak but this unfortunately couldn't be fulfilled. I had steak both days, tenderloin and then the ribeye. Both cooked exactly to order. The vegetables were a little over cooked and not the most exciting. The mash was tasty. My daughter had the chicken tenders, which were tasty and chips cooked good. The cocktails were fab very tasty.

My first Hard rock cafe I visited. Honestly I don't know, why is HRC on such place where is nothing but bunch of hotels. But anyway, the service was best I saw in Tunisia where most staff is concerned how much dinars you give. Really european standard. Food and drinks was really good. Only one downside was, that they were playing sometimes pop music, which I don't expect to hear in rock music diner. Otherwise, if I am about to visit this area again (not likely) this will be the spot I will land again.

Visited twice with two slightly different experiences. The first time was quieter, not so many people in the restaurant, everything was good. There was a smell from the toilets as we walked by but you couldn't smell anything in the dining room. The second experience wasn't so good. We paid more for a twisted mac n cheese than we did the original burger and the mac n cheese was a let down, there was hardly any chicken on the dish and it wasn't that great tasting. Before the meal though, me and my partner were having a chat and the waiter rudely butted in. The waiter was alright after this but it did make me consider stopping for a meal or not.
Overall it was a good experience, my partner had never been to the franchise for a meal before but she loved the food and the milkshakes. One last thing, the restaurant doesn't look like it's accessable from the road side but it is, you just have to walk through the gate on the main road and walk down a little on the left

The Big Cheeseburger
Very spacious with courtyard style seating and a bar on both sides. Staff was incredibly friendly (although security might not be), our waiter was very attentive and took drinks back immediately when we asked to make them stronger. He came to check on us multiple times and will be there when you turn around if you need him. Burgers were delicious, appetizers were good and drinks were generous and well presented. Good job Hard Rock Café, just make sure your security doesn’t go off the rails lol.

We stayed at the Royal Kenz hotel and often popped in for food and drinks.
Staff where so friendly and welcoming.
Food was delicious and drinks first class.
