Clean, cute vibrant decor, smells AMAZING inside! I came in for a smoothie and instantly smelled the waffles and had to buy one to try it. Got Oreo bubble waffle, with puff oreao dip and it did NOT disappoint, it was delicious and unique 😋 👌 Guy saw I was going to carry 2 drinks and waffle by my self and immediately put it into a carrier for me lifted it off the counter and put it in my hands. So polite, so considerate! This is my place now I love it. 2 drinks and a waffle 26 after tip not horrible price. Come check it out! Great range of drinks - not only milk tea, but also other assorted teas, lemonades, etc. I really appreciate that you can customize the sugar and ice levels of your drink. There are also a number of additive options and ways you can have a drink made. For example, I like drink A4, which is milk tea that comes with Oreo cookie & puff cream added to it. I also like to add tapioca boba. Delicious! Another great drink is the mango lemonade with mango jellies added, at half sugar. It may take a visit or two to figure out what drink you really like. They also sell bubble waffles. Definitely recommend this cute little shop! This place is a chain. But they are consistent on their quality. 4 stars for service as they ran out of Boba on a Saturday afternoon and we drove all the way from Lynden to get one... Lovely staff with a wide range of offerings; teas, lemonade, boba, etc. Their bubble eaffles are a nice add for a desert (Oreo... Was ridiculously good, with oreo dipping sauce). Only complaint was the mango lemonade was too sweet even after only getting a third of the sweetener. Also note there aren't any public restrooms. The boba, smoothies, and bubble waffles are great! The restaurant is pretty small though, so it seems like more of a get it and go kinda place (though there is seating by the windows and a nice padded seating spot in the back). The menu is at the register but they also have a sign post with the menue as well (while I went it was also close to the register). The items we ordered tasted bland compared to other stores serving the same choices. My son and I were being cheerful and friendly, but the service was the opposite. Considering the high price tag for what you get, it's not worth visiting this store. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I was pleasantly surprised to find a bubble tea place here and Happy Lemon did not disappoint. I got the chocolate bubble waffle and milk tea with boba, pudding and lychee jelly but I switched the tapioca boba for the mango crystal boba. They didn’t charge me extra. It was so good. I came in with my partner to get a treat from here. neither of us have been before. we were looking at the menu trying to decide what we would like. both of us were very uncomfortable and my girlfriend started getting overstimulated and feeling like she wanted to cry because all three staff members were staring at us. we said we needed a bit of time to look at the menu and they all stood there staring at us. it was very awkward. the drinks and food are okay but the half sweet is still very very sweet. It’s not really anything special, but it’s decent. for the price and anxiety ridden experience, not worth it. Was in the area and noticed this new place, Googled it and decided to stop by. Definitely not your typical Bubble Tea spot you find at the mall, has many options I've honestly never heard of but they all sound very interesting. Given it was my first time I kept it on safe side and got a Brown Sugar Fresh Milk tea w/ Boba and it was honestly very delicious. I definitely will be coming back to try out the other teas on their menu! The Bubble waffles smelled so good, will probably try them out at my next visit as well! Service Take out
