Firstly, parking is horrendous here and I spent a good half hour navigating through the jam and fighting for a parking lot.
That said, I feel the food here is not great, but not bad either. The Lion's Head Pasta was pretty good, though it does taste like pan mee, but the meatballs were juicy and the pasta paired well with the overall meal.
The Black Beauty & chips is basically your average Fish & Chips, glorified with beetroot tartar sauce and black battered Dory fish. Nothing special, and the fish was too dry for my liking. The chips were also soggy, and this dish itself took more than 20 minutes to be served. Definitely an Instagrammable fish due to the cute Black / Pink colors.
Might be back for the Lion's Head Pasta but not really on my recommended list.

This cafe offer interestingly tasty lunch set under RM 18 on weekdays. You get lemon tea for free, or RM 3 discount if you order coffee.
Crispy Chicken Namban with Salad (RM 17.90) is pretty good with juicy meat and egg salad. Maybe portion a bit small.
Korean Chicken Bulgigi with Omelette (RM 16.90) is nice too.

Lunch sets are value meals, starts from RM16.90 with drinks. I tried mui choy pork belly set, it was lovely! Their coffee is also nice, the beans are very fragrant.

We celebrated our daughter's birthday here. They hosted it very well. Good food, good ambience and very attentive and cheerful crew. Ms Shirley plan and organize it very well. Very professional. This is my favorite go-to spot for fusion pastas. Visited this place a few times and my favorite is their Lion Head Meatball Pasta. I like how they add a half-boiled egg to the pasta to make the whole dish “creamier”. Do not be deceived by the bowl size - it looks small, but it’s quite filling.
It’s not a very big cafe, but it’s a comfortable spot for meal.
