It's a place I go to all the time. The ambiance is calm and beautiful. The products are delicious and the staff is attentive. But the place is not clean enough. Overpriced, crowded. Comfy chairs so big you have to get off it or awkwardly bend to reach the table, or to hear anything a person you're sitting with says. Chocolate cake tastes like cacao with sugar. Sugar ≠ taste. Probably a manager making awkwardly unpleasant atmosphere commenting on baristas' work to customers.
