Nice place, good location: not far from the city center, but in more quiet area. I like outside places. The furniture inside needs a little bit refreshing and cleaning. Good service, the staff is polite but too less workers for this place. One girl is taking the orders, preparing drinks and cleaning dirty dishes. So, many empty tables but with dirty dishes, and tables are also sticky. About food, desserts are good Atmosphere: 4

I recently discovered The Nero and it has quickly become one of my favorite spots to work outside of my home office. It reminded me of WeWork, but with better coffee and a great selection of teas. The working atmosphere is really good - there's plenty of space and a large shared table for working on your laptop in a quiet and pleasant environment. A good cafe when you need to wait for your train or take a break from shopping. High backs of chairs add a greater sense of privacy, sandwiches and cakes are delicious.

I visit this place to get some hot tea with sandwich and cake (cheesecake with slices of almonds called Oscar - was delicious). The hot chocolate was very disappointed: i expected to have hot drink cacao with milk however I got “chocolate for churros” (that is something totally different from usual hot chocolate). My friend asked me to write in his name - Very slow service. Seems like the staff only cares about cleaning this place incessantly or talking amongst themselves, and Les sin taking orders or providing fair service. 1 espresso took 13 minutes with only 2 customers ahead of us in line. This place is a chain with cafes in several locations around the city. Very cozy, with a nice decoration, super clean and ideal for reading, working and in general chilling in their comfortable sofas. -Quality&quantity: cakes and baguettes are always fresh, high quality and delicious. Quantity its average. -Price: chocolate cake for 12pln -service: always friendly and flexible. I asked to warm my cake and they did. In case you take the chocolate cake ask them to warm it.
