Did the custard taste good? Yes. But I can’t believe I spent $5.75 on this. It was the slowest customer service I’ve had for a simple blender. My small was only filled 2/3 of the way full. There were toppings on top, but barely any inside - the bottom half I was eating just plain vanilla custard. The food menu looked decent, but I can’t imagine ordering something after seeing the inside of this place. This was sadly my first and probably last time here - such a bummer since I didn’t want to risk the McDonald’s flurry machine. Seriously can’t believe I just spent that much money on that little custard.

I ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito sans the tortilla. That was a struggle in itself although I’ve never had a problem in the past. Now looking at my burrito contents, it’s mostly potatoes, some egg, and two or three pieces of chorizo. Wow, thanks for phoning it in again Good Times. By far my worst experience at good times!! I bright 9 of us and talked up the spoon benders to all of them! None of the others have ever been to good times! It was not a good time. This was the absolute worst service and spoon bender I have ever had. The worker was a complete jerk. My spoon bender was runny! Spoon bent should be nice and thick! We initially went through the drive through and then after receiving our "spoon benders" I went up to the window to ask them about my runny mess of a bender. All he said was "yeah sometimes" they are runny". I said oh I've never had a runny one. Rudely he said so you want me to make another one? I said sure. Then he slams his sliding door shut. He brings another runny one back and says see they are all that way. The new one was hardly an inch from the top of the cup. With nothing else to say to him I took my runny milkshake and left. Also, while waiting for them to make my mess of a shake, workers were not wearing gloves, wiping down food and making food! Totally disgusting! I will neve be back to the Broomfield good times!! Very nice food and customer service the staff were always kind to everyone I hope this changes the 4.0 to a at least 4.4 they have the monthly different flavored ice cream and it's the best. I would highly recommend the BlackBerry ice cream even if your not a black Berry type of person. Genuinely good food. If this reaches GoodTimes or the staff keep up the good work. This review is for my Father - he went to good times for dinner on his own and after ordering his food, he realized he didn’t have his wallet. He drove through to the window and told them to cancel the order. The servers canceled his order but then simply asked that he leave a Google review and they’ll comp his dinner. You don’t get service like that often anymore. And I am helping my father be a man of his word. Thank you to the kind workers at Good Times for accommodating my father! Edit: I went today again 2-16-24 and the service is just as horrible. Ordered online and went to pick up, cashier at the window was rude and didn't even bother to check my order- I checked it and it was wrong. I've tried multiple times to reach someone but they aren't answering. AVIOD THIS PLACE AT ALL COST- Sadly it's not getting better and paying for orders being sent wrong and bad customer service!!! I've emailed corporate in hopes to get some type of refund. The customer service was amazing, we got our food super quick. But it was too quick, our Guacamole Bacon burgers where super sad looking and just thrown together. We've never had this issue and it's super disappointing to go expecting one thing and get another.

The burger was slightly raw in the middle otherwise it was delicious and had a fantastic condiment to bread to meat ratio. Fries were slightly under cooked but still flavorful. The drive thru line moved along quickly. Was surprised that the guy at the drive thru window gave us the Wild Sauce being that it was our first time there. I had the patty melt with wild fries and a soda. It was a good experience.

It's a drive thru and walk up service. I love the custard and burgers. They are always trying different special burgers and such, like cheese curds. They have been super friendly at this location, which is nice. I needed to bump it down a star. Edit: I realize consistency in food service is tough. But why did they serve a soupy spoon bender? I didn't realize it was soup until after I got home. Just tell me the custard machine is broken and I would've ordered something else.
