Love this place. At these prices, i could subsist off the food for years without having to go to the grocery and make my own food. This Chinese food taste the same reheating a week later. The delivery is 3$! I cant even get half a gallon for 3$. God bless these folks!
My absolute favorite place to get takeout! I literally drove a half hour just to get food from this restaurant when I moved for a year or so. Now I live only about 5 miles from here again. Delivery is fast, food is always amazing, and they have always treated me wonderfully. I don't understand the negative reviews I see on here coz in the last 6 years I've never had one. I've lived beside it my whole life.
I tend to only get what I know is going to be good so chicken,rich,and egg rolls. I have ordered a few other things from them and haven't since but yesterday I got my normal and she didn't even cook it properly, I can tell the temp of the oil wasn't where it normally was because of out long it took and how poorly my chicken turned out. I was scared to even feed it to my child, I wish they spoke better English so I could communicate properly but considering the lady that takes the orders isn't the friendliest most of the time. My conclusion is stick to the basics and 80 percentage of the time it will be great
Ordered delivery online and it estimated that it would take 40 minutes. I understand things happen so a little late is fine. But it was an hour and a half when our food finally arrived. My husband asked the driver for the total and he acted like he didn’t speak English. Once we opened the food, everything was COLD. We called the restaurant and the lady said she didn’t believe us and we would need to come there with our food. We own a business, pizza shop actually (we wanted something different tonight) and couldn’t leave. I even said if I could leave I wouldn’t have ordered delivery. She just kept repeating that we needed to come there for a refund and she didn’t believe us. She said everyone does that.... so I guess everyone has problems. She hung up on us multiple times. Finally the driver came and took the food back. Our food was $26 plus the tip. The driver only gave my husband $20 back and then asked him if he wanted the tip. So now he conveniently spoke English. Will never be ordering again.
Horrible service . Got my order wrong and once delivered and tipped I checked my bag to find the wrong order. I called and they asked me to pay again for the "new order". Their fried shrimp looks like sweet and sour chicken and everything was nasty. Never again. Ugh. The fried chicken looked like it was fried twice. It only took them 20
Mins from the call until the delivery which means that food was old. It tasted old. 40.33 down the drain. I don't recommend this place to anyone looking for good food.
Not only was this the worst take out I’ve ever eaten, but The nausea is just starting to subside, 8 hours after eating it! Yuck! I’m not sure if it was the fake crab, rock hard beef looking stuff, or the fried wontons, ( that we’re supposed to be steamed), that sent me vomiting, but either way, steer clear of this disaster!!!!

--Observed numerous ingredient containers to be heavily soiled with old food debris and soil accumulations.
--Observed three swollen jugs/containers of milk stored below hand wash sink. Items discarded during the time of inspection. Corrected.
--Observed numerous extraneous containers of chemicals, containers, and utensils stored inside hand wash sink rendering sink inaccessible during time of inspection. Sink was cleared and access was provided during time of inspection. Corrected*.
--Observed leaks on both faucet heads of the large three-bay sink.
--Observed excessive clutter and storage of items against walls in the following areas rendering areas of facility hard to access for cleaning: Front food storage alcove, hand wash sink and single bay food preparation sink area, and dump/mop sink.
--Walls located behind equipment located in rear food preparation areas are holding old food debris and stains and are not readily cleanable.
--Storage racks, used to store/air dry cleaned sanitized utensils were observed to be heavily soiled with grease accumulations and static dust.
--Observed an uncovered container of shrimp being stored in direct contact and on top of a container of pre-cooked pork located inside front chest freezer. Pork was discarded at time of inspection voluntarily. Corrected.
--Observed a sliced lemon resting in direct contact with raw shelled eggs located inside Bain-Marie cooling unit. Lemon was voluntarily discarded during time of inspection. Corrected.
--Observed numerous food containers stored open, with no covering located inside chest freezer and in walk-in cooler.
--Observed raw produce stored directly inside raw chicken boxes (boxes that were originally used to store raw chicken as stated by manufacturer). All products were removed during time of inspection.
--Observed in-use knives stored between table edges/Baine-Marie unit an area not easily cleanable and sanitized. Corrected.
EXTREMWLY NEGATIVE. EXPERIENCE. I did not want to give them any stars but the only way I could alert you not to go here is to choose one star. I paid for order over phone. I receive a call back from them telling me that I am a liar and my card doesn't work. I attempted to go over the number they have down but only consistently called a liar. I informed Golden Wok how unprofessional it is to call me a liar. I now am going to go in and pay in person using the card that I gave them over the phone, but I do not want the food and will NEVER order food here again. Be careful, the English skills are minimal and you will be blamed for any lack of understanding on their part.
Great Chinese food at very reasonable prices! I really like this place for takeout. If you're looking for sit down service go elsewhere. They have a couple tables if you want to eat in, but it's primarily a takeout business. The menu is typical Chinese takeout menu. If you want good food at good prices I would recommend it.
