I always come and there a lady who always has a attitude. We came one time and she give out our order to someone else and made us wait other 10 minutes for them. We also came on a Friday and the same lady had a weird attitude like if she didn't want to be there so. Why would you guys be hiring people who don't want to be there or want to do there job but food is good sometimes. Sometime we get it and they don't cut the pizza right and we tell her and we still get it the same way. You guys need to look into the type of employees you guys hire. Pizza is great at a great price, 1st time trying it and it's close in my neighborhood. Picking up is not an issue,reminds me of several pizza places in one, not heavy on the sauce,more cheese than usual places and the garlic butter on crust isn't overpowering. on 12/24/2023 I called to order a pizza I arrived to pick up my order and in my car I checked it before leaving and the pizza was hot but it looked old and hard to the touch and the bread was broken due to dryness and the pepperoni was dry without The grease was like it was old and they reheated it. I came back and the young man who had a Mario Bros. cap refused to exchange it and I didn't receive my refund because I left it on the counter. Very disappointed with receptionist who answered phone who states her name is “Mary” she hesitated to say her name! If there was a zero stars I would definitely give them zero stars due to bad customer service, no quality service and inappropriate talking back to customers over the phone!
