Customer service is key, the lady definitely lacks it. It’s very rude to hang up on someone after taking there order. Also, when your food is ready & sitting, she would literally make you wait like she’s waiting on something else. I rather not go here, only went because it was convenient at the moment. This is a hard one to review. Why? Because this place is not aesthetically appealing, the service is not the best either, and some of the reviews here (the bad ones) might be true but.... The food is good. And the amount they serve in a lunch menu can satisfy 2 people. I've been eating here for years occasionally I'd say at least once a month, always buying the same dish (boneless spare ribs lunch plate with sweet tea) and somehow I know I shouldn't but I'm tempted to do it, tempted to eat unhealthy, tempted that once a month I need this type of food, it tastes good, not gourmet definitely but my brain pushes me to have this and I like it, it's a guilty pleasure hidden in our brains, in my brain... Recommended if you are in a hurry and on a budget and/or if you want to eat a HUGE amount of Chinese food....! Absolutely the WORST Chinese food establishment in the area. The lady was rushing me to order. She snatched my money out of my hand then told me my total was something different once i said my change didnt add up. Chicken wings didnt have a single pinch of seasoning on it! Very nasty. Dirty place, folks cooking with no hair net or gloves. My food came with hair and an aluminum piece of a brush. Food poisoning for sure. It’s not even cheap. Stay away Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We got the dinner for two last night and it was enough food for almost 4 people. We were very happy with the service, the person who greeted us and helped us was very friendly. The food was really good. And the containers they put it in are microwavable which made for a very convenient lunch today. Will definitely be back

Absolutely disgusting food. My beef Lomain was gross. The beef was little pieces of like crunchy knuckles and garbage fat trimmings loaded with a brown sauce to mask the poor quality of the food. Also the lady is so rude and angry with the worst customer service skills you could passabley imagine. Lastly the place is so dirty with stacks of messy boxes taking up the entire right side of this so called restaurant and a dirty covid window completely blocking the cashier section.. if i could leave a review without a star i would. Please eat at your own risk. Stay far away from this dirty disgusting establishment...
