Went in today around 3pm. X2 employees behind the counter. Both were too busy on their phones to assist me. Literally acted as if I was inconveniencing them. Decided if that was the customer service level offered, I would take my business and money elsewhere.

Took 3 minutes for the two lady to come from the back and take my order. One of the ladies looked at me and rolled her eyes than looked at her co worker who than did the same. When she took my order she didn't give me much in my bowl at that time I was ready to go cause they act like they didn't want to serve me but for 12 dollar I feel like I didn't get my money's worth and the service was bad. The coupon they text to you requires a machine for them to use it properly. There's a Grapevine location off of Highway 360 and a location also in Grapevine that had to do a different system for the coupon. Go Loco needs to fix this and provide the machine to them. The manager today gave me the coupon but that other location a year or two ago wouldn't even give me the discount after I ordered two bowls. I no longer go to that location. This place has really good fast food at a reasonable price and a nice staff. I love the street tacos and on taco Tuesday, they're even better! Try a burrito bowl or veggie bowl for the non-meat eaters.

Super disappointed. I usually love this place. I wanted street tacos, lime rice, salsa and limes! I didnt want it all pilled on a street taco! Who even makes street tacos like this!! This is the first time Ive been disappointed in this restaurant! My food is usually all in seperated containers! My husband is now going to get me street tacos from a place in town, because I wont eat this. Do better! It even looks nasty!
