Awful is all I can say. Food, customer service (including the owner) and delivery. Ordered food to be delivered off their website. Fyi they use door dash when they don’t have enough of their own drivers. I got about 50 texts from door dash before it arrived late. Ordered steak and cheese calzone which was hamburger. Attached photo. Owner insists it is shaved steak. Asked for money off as the food was awful and not shaved steak. She refused. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Good, but they are skimpy. People go out to and to have more than they need with fresh ingredients. I left after a large sub and was still hungry. So if you're on a diet, this place is for you. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Ordered just now, and extremely unhappy. I ordered a steak tip dinner, and 2 chicken and steak tip combos, $50, and I got an incredibly small portions. What a joke. 3 pieces of steak in all the dinners, and incredibly small portions of fries. I called the store, spoke to the supposed owner, and she didn't want to do anything about it. We've been ordering from here for years, and I don't think we'll be coming back ever again. You call this a dinner?

Whoever the old lady is that was working there today, you’re rude and miserable. You should probably retire. If you’re going to contract out doordash delivery drivers to help with deliveries, please don’t be disrespectful to them. I was kind despite your rudeness. I’ll try my best to stay away from here.

Aweful! I eat at "roast beef" places often and this is the first one ever, in my 20 years of delivery driving, that I threw out. It was ICE cold, no attempt was made to serve this warm, the bun was stale and there was barely any horseradish sauce on it. Their menu says "Homemade Onion Rings" , the didn't have any, their menu says "Cheeseburger" sub, they didn't have any. The woman running the counter was disorganized and doesn't know how to make a simple three ingredient sandwich. Will never visit a Giovanni's location again. Thank God there are so many "North Shore" style roast beef shops to spend my money on.

The Greek Fiesta Pizza is awesome!!! I usually try something new when visiting a new place, this was a great choice, LOVE IT 🍕

I have never been treated with the disrespect I received from the son of the woman who is in charge here. If I ordered something and they didn't have it, I would expect a phone call, but after waiting an hour and 20 minutes for my food then recieving something I didn't order I called. I called and got instant attitude from him. He blamed me for the fact that HIS distributor didn't restock him and then yelled at me that we are in a pandemic and that I'm harassing him. All I did was call and ask for a refund and I even offered to bring the food back ! He wouldn't give me a refund and basically told me to screw before hanging up on me. If you have any respect for yourself you won't go here ( I came here repeatedly multiple times a week during the pandemic because I was trying to support local places and this is how they treated me. ) I wish I gave my business to someone else.
