Went for lunch this past weekend with the family. Jennifer, our waitress, immediately greeted us and took us to our table. She was very attentive, kept checking up on us, was very personable. Food was hot, served in a timely manner. We knew the deep dish pizza might take some time but we had plenty of appetizers to enjoy while we waited. It appeared as our waitress was taking care of the whole restaurant. Kudos to her because she provided great customer service while serving everyone. Looking forward to going back in the near future. If I could leave more stars, I would. I've eaten here before, but what prompted me to leave this review is my car died as I was leaving the strip mall during this arctic blast we're in right now. While I waited to be picked up, I stayed here to warm up. The server, I wish I got her name, gave me some coffee and talked to me in between waiting tables, making sure I was doing okay. She gave me some coffee and was so kind. I'm extremely grateful and will have to return here in the future. Your staff is awesome. 💖 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

One of the most notable pizza icons of Chicago and a welcome addition to K-Town. Whether deep dish or thin crust, this is definitely the place to be. Always consistently good customer service wherever you go, clean dining area and great food at still reasonable prices. Anytime we order deep dish, the wait is well worth it. Giordano's is just one of those things that's a must in life if living in an area that has a location. Amazing restaurant with wonderful modern design and relaxing atmosphere. Best pizza around, thin or deep dish (35-45 min). There are plenty of other dishes if not in the mood for pizza. Friendly customer service. Cool bar and nice outdoor seating. Plenty of parking. Cute and yummy pizza place! We found it while traveling. Great decor! Staff was amazing! We had thin crust pepperoni pizza. The pizza was very good and we dipped in ranch that was also perfect! My daughters and I decided on pizza for dinner, and Giordanos was our choice. Our server was spot on with all our needs and very helpful. We ordered calamari, which was delicious, and a large deep dish half sausage half pepperoni pizza. The pizza was delicious, and the crust was light and crisp. All in a great choice of places to go. 100% recommend. Friday afternoon late lunch. It took quite a bit of time for calamari and soup/sandwich combo. Huge portion of calamari, pretty tasty. The minestrone soup was very bland! Veggies tasted frozen, no flavor, needed seasoning, and the worst part about it, it came out lukewarm. So disappointed. Now, for the sandwich. Nice crunchy bread, golden broiled cheese atop a decent portion of beef. Again, the disappointment was the food was tepid at best. The “cup” of au jus was oiled over, as the cool temp of it was helping show the solidifying fats and oils. Again, just disappointing. Let’s hope the pizza is better! 1st time at Giordano's, I heard how good their Famous Chicago Deep Dish Pizza Pie was. I had to get there to try it with our family. We bought a couple different pies, Very Good tasting, Outstanding, we all definitely will be back with the rest of our family and friends, Very nice atmosphere, very clean Restaurant, Good service a couple of the staff members had a little bit of an attitude, but we could understand it, was very busy it was dinner time that's understandable. My dad was born and raised in Kenosha we frequently visit the area. We traveled from Milwaukee County, to enjoy this great pizza pie. The food was good. The sauce on the deep dish pizza tastes more like tomatoes than pizza sauce, almost like it's missing some zazz. Our server, Anthony was amazing and the service was impeccable. The menu states "we proudly serve Pepsi products" but there's no diet mountain dew. The extra 3% surcharge is BS.
