We waited two hours for a delivery. Finally we decided to drive over because no one would answer the phone. When we got there they told us they didn't have a driver. Just order food from this place order a salad did not get anything to be able to eat my salad didn't even get my ranch dressing how are you going to deliver a salad without a way to eat it or dressing spent more money on other food that we got other I'm not happy will not order from there again by looking at the reviews I should have looked there first to know that this place ain't the place to eat 🤔 2/1/2024

The service is terrible. If you call to order its usually busy where they either have the phone off the hook or they are standing there and just letting it ring. Another thing they do is when it rings if they answer they said please hold then don't come back to you. The quality of the food has also went way way down hill. I grew up eating Gino's pizza and it sure nothing like it use to be. I do not recommend the Washington Ave store at all. Service Take out Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If having cheese on your pizza is important to you then I would go elsewhere. Its basically just sauce and bread the last 5 visits. Im giving up for now. I even tip 20% in the drive thru. What for? While the food is good the service at this particular location not so much. We live about twenty minutes away so decided we'd call and place our order, no answer. Called multiple times with no results. Okay maybe their busy at this particular time. Upon arriving at the establishment found that there was at least five employees and a lot of conversation among them selves. Not a lot of work. Might have been our last trip here. I got a pizza and when I got home I found this. I took it back ask the manager for another or a refund they rudely said no and it wasn't there problem. If you want pizza go anywhere but Gino's.
