Gillys bistro had an excellent environment to sit and eat. I ordered the black bean sweet potato burger with a side of rice and chicken tortilla soup. Good portion, sizes, and excellent flavor. (Prices are more reasonable than a chain restaurant.) I enjoy the homemade food and family atmosphere. Will be back again to try the other menu items.

While this is more Americanized, it’s still really good!
The Barria tacos are incredible!
The only reason why I gave 4 stars for atmosphere (two reasons actually). The music, while seasonal, was too loud and the commercials were pretty sad…sadly. Also, I wish this place had more tables… I know, buy the place next door!
All in all, it was really great food and the owners make a point of coming out and visiting with you.

Puffy Tacos with Beans and Rice
We have the best experience today! I was finally able to get my puffy taco that I have been wanting and it did not disappoint. My husband was able to get the ground beef quesadilla and also chicken tamales.
The service was great and the food was even better. We will definitely be back

I got wings and french fries the wings are a little dark but they still were delicious no complaints. The food was hot and ready when I got there. The staff in there were very friendly. The atmosphere they have a few tables but they have a couch and a TV so if you want to eat on the couch and TV go ahead.

My first visit today and I am extremely happy I decided to walk in.
Wonderful and warm inside. Great places to huddle up with friends and family throughout the bistro.
Gilly is proud of his craft, and it shows in the service of his tasty menu. Today I had the Wet Burrito. I recommend treating yourself to that giant two day lunch.

My wife and I have been meaning to check out Gilly’s for quite some time. We came in today from out of town.
If you're in the mood for some delicious Mexican cuisine, you absolutely have to check out this spot! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is lively and welcoming. The staff are friendly and attentive.
My wife and I ordered the wet burrito and nachos, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint. The wet burrito was massive, packed with savory ground beef, beans, rice, and melted cheese, all smothered in a flavorful sauce and fresh veggies. It was so good that I couldn't stop eating it.
The nachos were just as amazing. They were loaded with beans, cheese, and fresh veggies, and the chips themselves were crispy and not greasy. The portion size was generous, and I ended up sharing them with my wife.
Overall, I would highly highly recommend Gilly’s to anyone looking for some delicious food. The wet burrito and nachos were both amazing, and I can't wait to come back and try some of the other items on the menu. Don't miss out on this gem of a restaurant!

I swore I left a review here but I guess not.
What can I say other than this place is simply AMAZING! My fiance and I came here during the first week they were open and have been regulars since.
The atmosphere is caring when the owner makes you feel welcomed and sparks up conversation even while working on orders. Also does an amazing job remembering faces. Every time I go in, he's always incredibly nice.
The food though. It's FANTASTIC! I had a good variety of the foods that are offered and their family nachos and totals are simply amazing! Very flavorful and the right price for what you get. Also their hot salsa is one of the best I have ever had. The menu is very simple plus they also have to go option from the fridges for lunch time if you are on the go. Plus they have many goods you can buy while you wait for your food.
What can I say other than you have to check this place out! Any time my friends or family come and visit, this is one of the first places I try and go to. Definitely have to check it out!

Runnn to Gilly’s!!! So good. Twice in one week. Sad we didn’t go sooner. I’ve had dine in and takeout and food was still good after the ten minute drive home! For sure get a puffy taco. One will fill you up. Everything looks amazing. We’ll be working our way thru the rest of menu on future visits.

Ordered taco dinner the hard shells are thick and crunchy, got to my 3rd taco and it was still crunchy shells stuffed full. My daughter got a chicken quesadilla beans and rice, the beans were delicious as close as we’ve ever found to my Wella’s who has passed. Will definitely be coming back everything was AMAZING!

Chicken Quesadilla
Food was amazing. The employees were very kind and inviting. I was trying to have a serious conversation with someone but neither of us could focus cause we couldn't believe how good the food tasted. Will definitely be coming back for the beans, the brisket and the wide variety of drinks and other goods they sell as well!
