This is closer to the Pottstown pike and nestled in a strip mall that has a lot of stores like Panera bread, home sense, pizza shops, etc. There is plenty of parking and might be a little busy to get in and get out of the area. The shop has all that you would expect in a grocery store, have got vegetables section that I shop a lot, then usual groceries , canned foods etc, they do have take out section of cooked food. They do have a sea good section and meat section. They have a fruits section and have a great collection of fruits here. Recently shopped for flowers at this location and found that they have nice varieties of bouquet at all price points. The checkout was easy to get out. Check out this, and they have a Starbucks inside this location!!!

Constantly moldy fruit always make sure you check. I finally had to stop buying fruit from here, among quite a few other things. Store is good for dry food items, mostly. Morning stock crew is also usually rude and/or screaming obscenities. This store is strictly a convenience thing for me, but I usually will just do whole foods and wegmans now. Only good thing here is the self checkout ladies(and the one younger gentlemen) who should honestly get a raise because they probably play a big hand in keeping some customers coming back.

Iv been doing online order and they have been getting worse. wrong items missing items I have requested a call and to talk to a Manger from Corporate and the store and have not heard back in over 3 days. they do not care about the customers at all always no stock on shelves.

Horrible , pathetic attitude of the staff .
We shop only at Giant and accidentally left our giant card at home. The pin pad was not accepting my phone number so requested the lady af self checkout to help with store card and she jist walked saying " i cant do anything" and looked into her phone all the time. I did reach the incharge and no response. I work in customer service industry and dare i get to bring that attitude to work ! I mean its the start of the year to be miserable 👺

This store was one of the worst grocery stores as far as food quality and employees.
I had hoped it had gotten better as far as employees, but it's still an overall unpleasant experience mostly due to the staff.

Marie the manager is the best! She will help you with anything and she is constantly watching the lines and will open up registers if your waiting too long. She is in Frazer store

At Giant, when I need assistance, the employees are pleasant and very willing to assist. And the store is always clean.

I bought some pre-sliced cheese because the deli was swamped. The cheese I purchased could have been packaged better.

Lately they don’t have organic food choices as much and not much halal food items
Nobody is in the cashier counters to serve
They are pushing to use self checkouts
I see a lot of elderly folks who cannot use these self checkouts and they struggle
The self checkouts giant agent is very rude sometimes perhaps may be due to workloads and scorn at you when you ask for help when the register stops scanning your item and the spaces between the self checkouts scanners is too tight or congested and not enough room to do this comfortably
They need to redesign the customer experience and pay attention to elderly customers Svc provide better organic/vegan/halal/ethnic food options

Definitely a positive upgrade since I shopped there years ago - veggies were fresh/crisp looking and a good selection!
