2 weeks in a row I’ve had issues with pickup. First they forgot half of our order and had another customer’s bag mixed in with ours. This week I found my loaf of bread smashed, at the bottom of a bag with a slew of other things on top. Hard to trust Giant for reliable pick up anymore.
UPDATE:
2 weeks later and again missing a bag with $20 worth of groceries, this is just being sloppy and careless at this point. After years of pickup with hardly any issues, now it's headache after headache, having to spend time waiting for a manager to never pick up and having to call in to customer care to get a refund on items never received. I don't know what changed in the past few months, but there really should be something that says this order has X number of bags. I understand mistakes, but having an issue every time for months on end means something changed and it's for the worse.
I love order pick-up! I have a disability so it is hard for me to be in crowded places without getting overstimulated. Order pick-up gives me a better quality of life and the associates are always friendly! Thanks everyone
Very Clean Bright and Orderly Store 🏪 Well Stocked and Well lite and the Staff there are Very Friendly and Helpful to the point where our Whole Experience Was Not Only user friendly but pleasingly Nice 🙂💯
I just took my girlfriend there to get a money order that's it. I wasn't even in the store. I only gave one star because they wanted a rating so I had to click on it. I can't rate this place because I was not in there.
The manager Ruby Rivera, Teresa and the tall curly hair Latina are amazing and deserve employee of the month. Kind, professional and helpful! Woooo hoooo!!!
