This is cafe at the Orinda village. It has a surreal vibe, with an old Californian feel, with locals showing up and hanging out starting at 8 am. The service was a little slow as only one person, the owner, I am assuming, was working on Monday morning. The BLT I got was ok, the bacon was overcooked, but the coffee was good. I’m really happy to find this place. Quiet, inexpensive, good food and coffee, super friendly owner, and decent wifi. I work remotely and like to get out of the house. I stopped by for some sandwiches, and it was just okay. The service was slow and distracted, but okay. The food was okay. There was nothing wrong with the place, it just wasn't great.
