They don't know how to make pizza. The crust was undercooked 'maida', not a pizza crust at all. There was no pizza sauce. The cheese used was not for pizza, but that could be forgiven were it not for the terrible crust and lack of sauce. The prices were outrageous - no value for money. They are charging like they are Pizza Hut but no taste or quality to back it up. The dishes in which the food was served were all dirty, and the tables were all covered in dust. Rahat is a nationwide brand and has standards with respect to taste, quality, cleanliness, and dining; this seems like a fake Rahat.
