Amazing food. All meat, protein with a few tomatoes, and an amazing avacadoe dressing. I had the chicken tacos. Quite good and spicy. This is definitely a meat heavy taco. No lettuce, no fillers, just the star of the show, the protein. I am actually amazed there isn't a line of hungry men wrapping around the parking lot every time they open. On a Washington to NorCal route 101 road trip. Found this hidden gem. We grabbed a few just to try and ended up absolutely demolishing them. I never had elk and the elk slider was easily top 3 best sliders I’ve ever had. The Spanish prawn taco was pretty good along with the avocado tempura taco Now with all of that being stated. For me the star of the party was the Korean pork belly taco. Literally the best street taco I’ve ever tasted. Wish I lived close I would be here 2-3 times a week for them.

Fusion tacos with loaded flavors, very well balanced. We had Cuban steak, Spanish prawn and Tahini chicken… they are all delicious!

My husband came across this place on Google. Wish they were on TripAdvisor I always look there. Tried the avocado tempura, Spanish prawns, & cuban steak tacos between the 2 of us. They were phenomenal! Next time we'll order 3 a piece they were so damn good!! Fast, friendly, & delicious

Outstanding fusion tacos. I haven’t had tacos quite like these. Super friendly owner as well, always down to shoot the breeze. Don’t miss this spot on your coastal trips. Pictured: Two coconut curry tacos and one avocado tempura. It’s worth trying them all though.

Exquisite taste and presentation. Best tacos ever. Everyone who ordered was incredibly pleased with their meals. The Avocado tempura were simply amazing. Highly recommend. Matt, the owner, runs the operation and he's a great guy.

This “global inspired taco truck”….. Hmm was not impressed. Beef was ok. Pork was not good. If global, offer the 3 basic mexican tacos. And 2 mouth fulls at $11 … I do wish the best and hope to see improvement. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Don't miss or second guess stopping at this food this truck if you like big flavor and a little heat! Well worth a wait for your turn at the pick up window. I'm ashamed that I almost missed out to a corporate giant fast food window.
