The staff were great 10/10 The bar tinder (winter) the best one yet 20/10 And when I was there 5/6-5/7/22. I was talking to a very cute girl. And I never got her name 😥

It's clear this place doesn't read there reviews about the hotel and this buffett. The lack of variety for the price is absurd go to governors. To much drama and druggies here the leader ship is terrible and from top to bottom. No one wants to work. The leadership needs an overhaul

i travel alot for my business and stay alot of establishments i have to say by far the ramada inn lewiston maine is the worst ever. starting with low staff dirtiness, poor service everything here needs repair, ice machine broken. worst shower, ni gym equipment. poor landscape. weeds growing out of ashphalt. pot holes dirty jacuzzi water, pool dirty. rude people at front desk during the day, drug infested, not fit for anybody. we need a refund asap,

The food is great, reminds you of a nice home cooked crock pit gathering with a great friendly atmosphere! All you can eat buffet for 7.99.. it's affordable for a teenager going on his first date or a family with a low income budget! Or if your just passing through looking for good eats ata cheap inexpensive price!

The Mexican Monday was totally disappointing. No chips, no salsa, no queso. Only two options. Burritos or Tacos. Everything served came out cold. Tasted like it came from old cans from the dollar store. Nice friendly server. She was the only good thing about this visit. Do not eat Mexican food here!!! Taco Bell is 1000 times better.👎👎👎

Worst experience I've ever had. A group of us went for dinner before going to see a show in the hotel. I understand they were short staffed, but we waited an hour and a half and still had not received our drinks. Most of us had ordered water! We ended up leaving and having to go through the Mc Donald's drive thru, because by then we did not have time to go sit and eat at another restaurant.

Over priced nasty food. A salad bar and one buffet table. Worse food than going to a potluck. The kitchen working kept dumping new food right on top of the old. After waiting 10 minutes for the check my husband went to find a manager. The manager brings out the waitress. The waitress says to my husband, "You haven't been waiting that long. We have cameras." Terrible service and terrible food!

Very underwhelming for the price. The service was ok at best. Salad came 10 min after the meal. The server said the chef hid the dressing from her. The hadlock was good not great. Some of the veggies were cold some were hot. The menu is mostly comfort food. They call the restaurant Fusion but I can't figure out what they are fusing together. My wife and I went there for convenience , don't make the same mistake we did.

Buffet was not healthy eating friendly. Ordered a steak medium well. The server asked me how I wanted it repeated medium well. Came out red and warm.waited 10 minutes for the server. Told her it is was raw. She said "would you like a box?" Comes out 10 minutes later blackened. Never again.

Went to the Fusion bar at 8:55pm on a Saturday night. Two other couples were at the bar, kitchen was closed. We were staying at the hotel and figured Fusion would resemble some nightlife. Bartender was nice and said she would stay open if she had customers. About two minutes later, a manager, I think she was a manager, came in and said they were closing at 9. She wasn't pleasant and customers were not happy. Two more customers walked at that moment and she wouldnt serve them. The manager then began taking customers glasses before they were done. The last time I was here, it was hopping. Not sure how they can get this place going again if they are closing so early and kicking customers out. So disappointed.
