I have been eating here since they opened. This was my grandmother's favorite restaurant, and we celebrated many great times and meals. Long gone are the in-house butcher shop. Eating here made me never want to come back to a Fuddruckers again. I used to have a serious nostalgia for this franchise, but there's no reason to maintain it when there are so many good burgers nearby. Food: portion sizes are unusually small. Like a couple fries for a whole order. The kids burger was too small for the regular size bun. Worst part was getting cold sliced cheese on my burger. I'm not sure who is approving of the final product but skip here and go to The Beacon, Burgar or a place that cares about the product. The ancient play area is closed. Workers were nice. Restaurant clean. The Turkey burger was good. Seasoned well. But I was very disappointed in the very small amount of sweet potato fries that came with this combo considering I paid $16 (Including a drink). The night shift was so very nice and pleasant. They made us feed welcome from the very front door 🚪 to the cashier, the food was phenomenal and the veggie bar and all condiments were well stocked and replenished fast. Even got a "have a good night" from everyone working when we left. Now mind you we came in around 8:45 and they closed at 9:30. We walked out of the door at 9:38 and never did I feel rushed. Burgers are very good 👍 & delicious 😋 I like how you have the option to add whatever you want on your burger! They have a bakery section & a small arcade section. Everyone was very nice, helpful, and friendly, with great customer service! The only negative is that it is overpriced. You will spend about $20-$30 on each person, other than that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Great food and service!! Only reason it has a 4 is they couldn't do milkshakes, and didn't have any sign saying so until after we ordered. They fixed the order and we weren't charged, but it definitely would've been nice to have a heads up. Other than that hiccup, we loved everything and will definitely go back!!

Came in with a bus group of 40 people. Quick order taking and food production. Great service. Love the topping and condiments bars. Cheeseburger was not bad but looked and tasted like it came from a water bath, not direct from the grill. Seasoned fries were hot tasty and good portions. Place has great American food. Your normal hotdogs, hamburger and chicken strips. It's never bad. Usually not crazy busy either. And the bakery items will blow you away. I will say having to leave your trays/trash on the table for them to pick up goes against how I was raised/like to behave, but that's nothing against them. This place needs to close for a good cleaning. From the moment you walk in the place is dirty. Granted we did enter after 7pm but we did observe SEVERAL employees just chit chatting with others and not attempting to clean up. Guests were waiting while employees were talking and on their phones. The one girl who was supposed to be cleaning couldn’t put her phone down long enough to even clean a table. When employees don’t care it gives a bad impression on the restaurant. When I told someone at the burger she said, “thank you” all I saw her do was keep complaining about the floor being dirty but never even attempting to clean it. Whoever the manager is was never observed. My burger, since that’s why I came, was completely burnt to a crisp-medium haha. I definitely will not return and I recommend no one come as well. Ate here with my parents and son. The burger was a little pricey, but very good. I got The Hangover combo cooked medium rare and the temperature was on spot, very juicy burger, crisp bacon, and a perfectly cooked fried egg, all on a buttery bun. It was a little greasy, but not nearly as bad as five guys or the Beacon. The fries were well cooked and subtly seasoned, but nothing special. My son got a kids hot dog meal, which he loved, and it came with a melty chocolate chip cookie (just like the refrigerated cubes you buy at the store, so delicious but ordinary). I also bought a cheesecake brownie, but it was atrocious so I trashed it after one bite, thankfully it was only $2.
