I enjoy their iced drinks and the atmosphere for the most part. However, in my experience 7/10 times the staff isn’t always the most friendly or approachable. You feel like you’re inconveniencing them just by ordering based on their expressions and body language, most times they won’t even greet you first. Another time 2 baristas were loudly arguing and it was uncomfortable to witness. I wish it felt more welcoming at times :( Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The place did not seem clean. Construction equipment took up a lot of the space that use to be there. Customer service was horrible with the lack of a friendly greeting not engaging in conversation to dropping the completed order on the counter and walking away. Nothing warm or friendly about the customer service. On top of the poor customer service the coffee was cold. It was a regular medium size coffee that was cold. Me and my family absolutely love and enjoy the infused teas with boba. Unfortunately, every time we come, we pay extra for exactly how we want our teas and have no problem paying extra but it is never how it was rung up. Either made with ice when we pay the extra $1 for no ice. We like extra boba and pay for it, also expecting two scoops, and only received one. Some of the staff is really great and we are pleased with our experience, but it’s not always that way. Parking seems to always be an issue, i understand there is limited in that parking lot, I’m just saying it does have a deter on when we come. Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

This place needs to be deep cleaned. Customer service is amazing. Coffee is amazing but I have been here a total of three times and I have seen the same trash all three times. No sweeping no mopping. This place has always exceeded my expectations of a coffee shop. There's no better place to go for freshly roasted coffee beans. You could literally touch the toaster it's right there in the lobby. The drink menu is one of the largest I have ever seen you could order something different each time you go in and never get bored! The espresso is delicious I love the blend they use. I stopped in and got a plain old vanilla latte and it was lovely! It was nice to be able to sit down inside and have a cup of coffee. This place is very clean, and was quiet and chill. Nice music, comfy chairs! They also have all kinds of bubble/Boba tea, so I'm excited to come back and try one of those!

Friendly attentive service. My guest & I dined in; a few tables and corner area with loveseats available inside this quaint place. Did not know about this place, even though passed it driving down Eureka many times. I found it when in search of trying bubble tea. I ordered a small frappe with mocha flavor & whipped topping. I liked you could choose from many different flavors & toppings. I also got a breakfast item; 3 cheese bagel. My guest got the brown sugar bubble tea. Frappe had good tasting coffee flavor; was not overly strong; perfect for my taste. My bagel had a good cheesy flavor but I should of ordered cream cheese to make it less dry. My guest enjoyed trying the sweet bubble tea Guest's first time trying bubble tea so I can not really comment on that experience. I will return to try different flavors of frappes. I visited Fresh Bean Coffee today with my family. The staff was friendly and accomodating; answering any questions we had. The atmosphere was comfortable and not rushed and crowded like some big name coffee shops...yeah, I'm looking at you Starbucks. We ordered a Matcha Latte, an Okinawa, and a hot chocolate. They were all delicious. This is definitely a diamond in the rough and I would highly recommended giving them a visit. We will definitely be back!
