Food is consistently good. I can hear them taking care to ensure ingredients are available. Stations and tables are kept clean and stocked. Most of all, people smile here. They seemed genuine and dedicated to the experience. Very refreshing. I'll keep coming back. I really enjoy the pork burrito with some chips and queso.

This was my 1st time eating at any Freebirds. The people at this location were very nice and personable. The place was very clean too. I gave 5 stars for everything but food; which I would've given 4.5 instead of 4 if able. The food wasn't bad it was just kinda bland. With all the hype I've heard about them being better that Chipotle; I really couldn't find a difference in flavors. Freebirds does offer more variety of dishes but the ingredients and flavors are the same. First time to visit and was overwhelmed by the amout of choices i was able to customize my burrito. With the help of Manager Meghan I ordered a Birria Burrito, best choice ever. It was sooo good. I was also impressed how clean and friendly the staff was. Thank you Meghan for making my experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back. Ordered a steak burrito through grubhub from this location and the steak was completely missing from my burrito. I called the location and spoke with Chris the manager who offered a free burrito card (that I’ll have to go out of my way to pick up). Just avoid using meal delivery services at this location. It’s ridiculous that they’d completely leave out the protein option (see attached picture). I do appreciate the manager’s willingness to rectify the situation- although it is still very inconvenient for me to have to go to the location when I ordered delivery. Ordered through doordash and I got a burrito that had a rock solid, burnt tortilla so I actually had to open it up and put it on a paper plate to just eat everything inside it. And even if I had been able to this person doesn't know how to make burritos cause all ingrediwnt were in there own little sections so each bite would have been one different ingredient?? AWFUL!!! This place is really good. Only the 2nd time I've ever eaten at any free birds but I like it. This was the first time I got a Burrito though vs a bowl as before. Very good food for both options but what my gf and I found very odd is that the regular size and monster size are nearly identical in size? The monster on the wall menu is much bigger than the regular free bird yet when side by side it's like a hair at most and yet $2 more? Never had a side by side like that so maybe it's always been that way? Still very good and love the options they have here from tortilla type to add ONS and sauces, toppings, etc. Good prices a d always fresh ingredients. Plus military discounts with ID also is a plus. Consistently good! I always get good customer service and the food is great. I hardly ever get asked about my rewards number, so make sure you mention it. Unrelated to the food, but there bathroom was unbelievably clean. Random I know, but I thought it deserved to be mentioned.
