Had a wonderful time tonight with my family. My son always loves coming here for his milkshakes! The food was amazing, came out hot and fresh! Our cashier Allison was so bubbly she definitely made our visit tonight more memorable! Can't wait to come back on another late night adventure! The general manager was very kind and apologized profusely for their tech difficulties. After waiting for a while she proceeded to cover our lunch which absolutely made our day! First time experience. Bacon cheeseburger combo with pepsi and chocolate frozen custard. "Burger" was basically an overcooked meat crepe. Not impressed. French fries were like toothpicks made from potatoes. Not my favorite style but they were hot and fresh. The chocolate frozen custard was UNBELIEVABLE! That is why three stars by itself. I may try hot dog next time. My suggestion, skip the burger and go for the frozen custard. Ordered online and went to pick up. I waited at the counter without being acknowledged. When someone did come over I got my food and went home. The root beer float I Ordered was just a small cup half full of rootbeer....no ice cream. The food was also cold. Terrible experience, I will not return to this location. I hope the management reads these, I was here Saturday at 1:30 and the location was not busy, this food is unacceptable for the amount paid! I ordered the Bacon Double Cheeseburger. It was great. First time I've eaten at a Freddy's and I was pretty satisfied. The burger was seasoned just right. I come into this freddy’s at least once a week for lunch and have been for a long time. My last experience is leading me to never coming back. I was just sitting enjoying my meal when the general manager aletha came over to my table to check on me. As soon as she started speaking I could smell the alcohol on her breath and her slurred speech. Someone under the influence should not be running a business, much less one with teenage employees. This is a nice place to relax and enjoy a good meal with family and it's set up like a modern 1950s diner. Theres a lady that announces your order on a loud speaker, and I didn't particularly like this at first. If you're like me and usually skeptical when burgers are on the menu, this is not the place to do that. The burgers are VERY juicy and have nice crispy edges. I thoroughly enjoyed mine! The fries could be thicker, but that was my only negative as far as food.

The place is great and the staff friendly. Just wish the fries were not shoestring. They get cold so fast. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
